摘要: | 本研究聚焦於當前全球面臨的少子化問題,特別是亞洲地區和澳門的情況,旨在深入探討少子化的原因、影響以及對策。當前少子化已成爲一個全球性問題,對經濟發展、社會結構和人口老齡化等方面產生了深遠影響。亞洲某些地區,特別是澳門,少子化現象尤爲嚴重,這不僅關係到經濟社會的可持續發展,也關乎文化傳承和社會穩定。在研究過程中,通過文獻分析法和問卷調查法,本研究綜合分析了全球和亞洲地區少子化的現狀與趨勢,並特別對澳門的社會經濟因素、女性教育程度及工作壓力等影響因素進行了深入探討。通過對比分析,揭示了經濟壓力、社會價值觀的變遷、女性教育和職業發展等因素對少子化趨勢的推動作用。研究結論指出,澳門少子化是由多重因素共同作用的結果,其中經濟壓力、女性職業發展和社會文化變化是主要原因。針對這一現象,提出了一些解決策略,包括經濟激勵政策、改善教育和育兒環境、促進社會文化的適應性變革等。研究強調,只有通過綜合性的政策和措施,纔能有效應對少子化帶來的挑戰,保障社會經濟的健康發展和人口結構的平衡。
This study focuses on the declining birthrate problem currently facing the world, especially in Asia and Macao, and aims to explore the causes, impacts and countermeasures of declining birthrate deeply. The current low birthrate has become a global problem, which has had a profound and long-lasting impact on economic development, social structure, and population aging. In some area of Asia, especially Macau, the phenomenon of declining birthrate is particularly serious, which is not only related to the sustainable development of the economy and society, but also to cultural inheritance and social stability. During the research process, through literature analysis and questionnaire surveys, this study discusses deeply through comprehensively analyzed the current situation and trends of low birthrate in the world and Asia, and especially analyzing society and economic factors of Macao, female education level, and work pressure in Macao. According to compare those analysis, it is shows that some factors such as economic pressure, changes in social values, female education and career development have contributed to the trend of declining birthrates. The research concludes the declining birthrate of macao is the result of multiple factors, the main reason are economic pressure, women's career development and social and cultural changes. In response to this phenomenon, a series of solution strategies have been proposed, including economic incentive policies, improving education and childcare environments, and flexible changes in social culture. The study emphasizes that it can effectively respond to the challenges of the declining birth rate and ensure the healthy development of the social economy and the balance of the population structure by comprehensive policies. |
