    研究分析。本研究發現:工作自主性對職場心理健康有正向影響,工作自主性對

    資本在工作自主性及職場心理健康有顯著部分中介效果,科技焦慮在工作自主性

The applications of artificial intelligence (AI) have deeply penetrated various
major industries such as transportation, economy, education, healthcare, journalism,
manufacturing, and services. AI not only facilitates industrial transformation and
upgrading, but the development of new technologies inevitably brings changes to the
    nature of workers' jobs.
Currently, few scholars have studied the impact of AI on workers' mental health, with
most focusing on AI talent cultivation and related job competency needs. The purpose
of this study is to understand the impact of AI introduction in the workplace on workers'
workplace mental health, using dimensions such as job autonomy, positive
psychological capital, workplace mental health, and technology anxiety.
This study targets the manufacturing, catering, financial, and high-tech industries,
using a snowball sampling method to collect data. A total of 187 valid samples were
collected and analyzed using SPSS software.
This study found that job autonomy has a positive impact on workplace
psychological health, job autonomy positively affects positive psychological capital,
and positive psychological capital has a positive impact on workplace psychological
health. Positive psychological capital has a significant partial mediating effect between
job autonomy and workplace psychological health, while technological anxiety
moderates the relationship between job autonomy and workplace psychological health.
The study also provides recommendations for laborers and enterprises to formulate
    relevant human resource measures.
