    摘要: 隨著居家運動成為一種趨勢,人們越來越多地在家中尋求有效的健身方法。然而,居家運動面臨著諸多挑戰,包括缺乏專業指導、難以準確追蹤運動效果和消耗的卡路里,以及對昂貴健身設備的依賴。這些問題不僅降低了運動的效率和樂趣,也使得個人健身計劃的持續性和有效性受到限制。此外,儘管運動手環等便攜設備在一定程度上緩解了運動追蹤的問題,但其對特定運動類型的識別精度有限,且初期投入成本對某些用戶而言較高,這進一步增加了居家健身的門檻。
    為了解決上述問題,本研究提出了一種基於MediaPipe的居家健身監測系統。該系統旨在利用用戶現有的電腦和攝像頭設備,通過高精度的運動檢測算法,為用戶提供實時的運動反饋和卡路里消耗估算,從而無需額外的硬件投入即可實現高效的居家運動監控。
    在實際測試中,本系統展現出了高度的準確性和用戶友好性。通過對不同年齡、體重和運動習慣的用戶群體進行測試,系統在運動識別準確率和卡路里消耗估算方面均達到了高標準。用戶反饋表明,該系統不僅提高了居家運動的趣味性和動力,也使用戶能夠更有效地監控和規劃自己的健身活動。
    綜上所述,本研究提出的居家健身監測系統通過高效的技術解決方案,成功地解決了居家運動中的關鍵挑戰,為用戶提供了一個低成本、高效率的健身監控工具。與傳統的運動手環相比,本系統無需額外設備投入,能夠提供更廣泛的運動類型識別和更高精度的運動追蹤,顯著降低了居家健身的門檻,促進了居家運動的普及,為個人健康管理提供了強有力的支持。

    With home exercise becoming a trend, people are increasingly seeking effective fitness methods at home. However, home exercise faces many challenges, including the lack of professional guidance, difficulty in accurately tracking exercise effects and calories burned, and reliance on expensive fitness equipment. These issues not only reduce the efficiency and enjoyment of exercise but also limit the sustainability and effectiveness of personal fitness plans. Additionally, while portable devices like fitness bands have alleviated some tracking issues, their accuracy in identifying specific types of exercise is limited, and the initial cost can be high for some users, further raising the barrier to home fitness.
    To address these issues, this study proposes a home fitness monitoring system based on MediaPipe. The system aims to use users' existing computer and camera equipment, employing high-precision motion detection algorithms to provide users with real-time exercise feedback and calorie consumption estimates, thereby achieving efficient home exercise monitoring without the need for additional hardware investment.
    In practical tests, the system demonstrated high accuracy and user-friendliness. Tests conducted on user groups of different ages, weights, and exercise habits showed that the system achieved high standards in exercise recognition accuracy and calorie consumption estimation. User feedback indicated that the system not only increased the fun and motivation of home exercise but also enabled users to more effectively monitor and plan their fitness activities.
    In summary, the home fitness monitoring system proposed in this study successfully addresses key challenges in home exercise through an efficient technical solution, providing users with a low-cost, high-efficiency fitness monitoring tool. Compared to traditional fitness bands, this system requires no additional equipment investment, offers a wider range of exercise type recognition, and provides higher accuracy in exercise tracking, significantly lowering the barrier to home fitness, promoting its popularity, and offering strong support for personal health management.
