摘要: | 台灣石材工業已經邁入60多年的發展,從開採當地白色大理石展開了台灣石材工業,從傳統機械的生產到與世界同步的高效率生產機械,都顯現石材業者堅強地跟上世界石材工業發展的腳步。面對台灣的礦區環保條件的提高。進口花崗石轉成市場主力造成台灣大理石礦區產量萎縮。台灣面對兩次能源危機與雷曼兄弟金融危機,再加上加入WTO後的開放市場,業者不斷的轉型發展。雖然COVID19的影響但並沒影響石材業的持續發展。
近年溫室氣體排放快速的增長,進而影響到氣溫的提升而造成了氣候的變遷,進而影響人類的生活與安全,聯合國發布了永續發展的17項指標,第7項中清楚的指出使用負擔得起可靠永續及現代的能源。台灣推出的2050淨零轉型中十二項關鍵策略也列出綠色能源之重要性。發現石材業者對綠色能源的概念較淺,在此狀況下引發對石材業使用綠色能源議題的研究動機。
受到此永續發展使用綠色能源趨勢影響及綠建築還有綠色能源認證之要求下,石材業者開始重視綠色能源之重要性。本篇論文之研究目的為運用綠色能源在石材業朝永續發展前進,準備因應永續發展帶來的營運衝擊,以加速調適提升競爭力。研究題目為石材業永續發展策略之研究-已運用綠色能源為例。
研究架構,理論假設-本篇論文以文獻分析找出說明台灣石材業之發展,後續去分析如何選擇,節能高效率之石材切割機械,永續發展要求下如何選用綠色能源及評估太陽光電的投報率,使用太陽光電的案例及個案半結構式訪談,訪問五家代表性公司,研究在國際上石材業標竿企業使用使用太陽光電,在彙整分析結果,跟據結論找出研究發現及研究建議,提供給石材業及政府在發展東部綠色能源時之參考。
Taiwan's stone industry has been developing for more than 60 years, starting from the exploitation of local white marble. From traditional mechanical production to highly efficient machinery synchronized with the world, stone industry players have demonstrated a strong ability to keep pace with the global stone industry development. Faced with improved environmental conditions in Taiwan's mining areas and the shift of imported granite becoming the market mainstream, Taiwan's marble production has shrunk. Despite two energy crises, namely, the Lehman Brothers financial crisis, and the opening of markets after joining the WTO, industry players have continuously transformed and developed. Although impacted by COVID-19, it did not hinder the continuous development of the stone industry.
In recent years, the rapid increase in greenhouse gas emissions has led to a rise in temperature, resulting in climate change, which in turn affects human life and safety. The United Nations has released 17 sustainable development goals, with the 7th goal clearly emphasizing the use of affordable, reliable, sustainable, and modern energy. Taiwan's 2050 net-zero transformation includes twelve key strategies highlighting the importance of green energy. It has been found that stakeholders in the stone industry have a shallow understanding of green energy, which has spurred research on the use of green energy in the stone industry.
Under the influence of the trend towards sustainable development and the requirements for green buildings and green energy certification, stakeholders in the stone industry have begun to recognize the importance of green energy. The purpose of this study is to use green energy to advance sustainability in the stone industry, prepare for the operational impacts of sustainable development, and accelerate adaptation to enhance its competitiveness. The topic of the research is "A Study of Sustainable Development Strategies in the Stone Industry: A Case Study of Green Energy Utilization.”
Research Framework and Theoretical Hypotheses: This paper conducts a literature analysis to elucidate the development, sustainable development, and green energy aspects of the stone industry in Taiwan. Subsequently, it analyzes how to select stone cutting machinery that is energy-efficient and effective. Under the requirements of sustainable development, it investigates the selection of green energy and evaluates the return on investment of photovoltaic solar energy. This research employs case studies of photovoltaic solar energy usage and semi-structured interviews. Five representative companies are interviewed. The study also examines the utilization of photovoltaic solar energy by benchmark stone industry enterprises internationally. By synthesizing and analyzing the results, the study identifies research findings and provides recommendations for the stone industry and government as a reference for the development of green energy in the eastern region. |
