    摘要: 本研究主要探究一位托育工會理事長如何藉由經營公共托育中心實踐混齡托育模式的建構歷程,透過自我敘說的方式藉以了解理事長的生命經驗及經營公共托育中心過程中重要的關鍵事件。
    透過承辦公托個案執行混齡托育的歷程中面臨重大事件中的挑戰、省思、啟發,了解現階段公共托育中心推動混齡托育面臨的挑戰和困難,進一步分析管理者的管理風格,總結出一位優質管理者須具備的人格特質。
    個案分析總結出:公托中心優質的管理者必須具備積極主動地進行內部、外部的溝通,解決問題,另一方面,因為公托中心主要任務為提供嬰幼兒照顧,比較特別的是,個案中的理事長幼時人格養成及宗教信仰,持續影響、形塑她的價值主張,也是遭遇困難、挑戰給予回應、反思,並持續心靈成長的關鍵。優質管理者必須具有關注他人的需求和感受的情感特質,營造和諧的工作氛圍,理事長MBTI人格特質中外向(E)、情感(F)、直覺(N)和判斷(J)能夠主動溝通(外向),關注他人的需求和感受(情感),從大局出發敏銳察覺問題(直覺),並有計畫地推進工作(判斷),就是最佳寫照。

    This study mainly explores how a childcare union chairman practices the construction process of a mixed-age childcare model by operating a public childcare center. Through self-narration, we can understand the life experience of the chairman and the important key events in the process of operating a public childcare center.
    In the process of implementing mixed-age childcare by undertaking childcare cases, we faced challenges, reflections, and inspirations from major events. Understand the current challenges and difficulties faced by public childcare centers in promoting mixed-age childcare. Further analyze the manager’s management style. Summarize the personality traits that a good manager must possess.
    The case analysis concluded that high-quality managers of public care centers must proactively communicate internally and externally. Solve the problem. on the other hand. Because the main mission of public day care centers is to provide infant and child care. What's more special is. The chairman’s personality development and religious beliefs during his childhood. Continue to influence and shape her value proposition. It also provides responses and reflections when encountering difficulties and challenges. And the key to continued spiritual growth. Quality managers must possess the emotional quality of being attentive to the needs and feelings of others. Create a harmonious working atmosphere. The chairman's MBTI personality traits of extroversion (E), emotion (F), intuition (N) and judgment (J) are able to communicate proactively (extroversion). Pay attention to the needs and feelings of others (emotions). Be keenly aware of problems from the overall perspective (intuition). and proceed with the work in a planned manner (judgment). It's the best portrayal.
