Many studies have explored epidemic prevention, care experiences, the stress of healthcare workers, medical-related policies, and service quality in the post-pandemic era. However, there is less discussion on healthcare workers using regular exercise to alleviate stress and improve their physiological and psychological health status. Therefore, this study explores the impact of regular exercise by healthcare workers in the post-pandemic era on work stress, workplace fatigue, physical and mental health, and sleep quality. This study took healthcare workers as the subjects using convenience sampling. An online questionnaire was open for responses from August 1 to August 31, 2023. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, 265 were collected, and 45 were invalid, with a valid return rate of 83%. The research tools included a scale for regular exercise behavior, work stress, sleep quality, workplace fatigue, and physical and mental health. Data processing and analysis were conducted using SPSS 22 and AMOS 22. The findings of this study are as follows: (1) Regular exercise behavior has no significant impact on work stress; (2) Regular exercise behavior significantly affects sleep quality; (3) Regular exercise behavior bears no significant impact on workplace fatigue; (4) Regular exercise behavior significantly affects physical and mental health; (5) Workplace fatigue has a significant impact on physical and mental health; (6) Physical and mental health can significantly affect sleep quality; (7) Work stress has significant effect on sleep quality; (8) Physical and mental health acts as a mediator between regular exercise behavior and sleep quality.
