Abstract:	在淨零轉型的全球趨勢下，我國不僅必須因應淨零減碳的長期挑戰，勞動領域也同時面臨數位轉型與勞動工時法制變革所衍生的雙重挑戰，成為我國當前的重要議題，有必要尋求可以有效調和產業彈性與勞動安全的發展策略。本計畫從彈性安全的觀點，分析我國在淨零轉型的趨勢下，數位轉型以及勞動工時法制變革對於產業與勞工的不同影響。本計畫蒐集國內外的相關文獻，檢視國內現有相關文獻的研究議題與調查資料內容，進行系統性的資料彙整與基線資料分析，分析國內現有研究之不足，並提出未來繼續相關研究時，可以加強深化研究之建議。
