    題名: 家長運用擴大性溝通陪伴自閉症孩子經驗之研究

    摘要: 本研究旨在了解家長運用擴大性溝通陪伴自閉症孩子之經驗。針對育有自閉症孩子的家長學習與運用擴大性溝通的經驗,以及運用擴大性溝通後對於自身與孩子的影響做整理與討論。本研究採質性研究,以立意取樣的方式邀請三位研究參與者,透過半結構式深度訪談搜集資料。搜集之文本資料以主題分析法進行資料整理與歸納分析,研究結果如下:
    「鍛造解開溝通枷鎖的鑰匙—自閉症者之家長學習與運用擴大性溝通的經驗」之共同主題包括:學習擴大性溝通的窒礙難行、溝通需要經歷磨合期、開啟溝通的漫漫長路、擔任溝通關係中的主動者、擴大性溝通為教養的輔助方式,五項共同主題。從過程中的困境與磨練,以及具體的溝通經驗能夠了解家長運用擴大性溝通時會遇到的困難,且能了解家長們如何度克服溝通的難關。
    「以希望之鑰開啟『星』篇章-自閉症者之家長運用擴大性溝通陪伴孩子後,對自身與孩子的影響」之共同主題包括:從溝通中理解情緒與行為、家長內心的轉變、孩子解開溝通枷鎖後的生活變化、在溝通中破繭而出的愛、從「照顧」轉為「相處」,四項共同主題。從長期運用擴大性通的經驗中,了解家長在教養過程中的內在轉變、對自閉症孩子協助,以及親子關係的轉變。
    依據本研究結果,提供對學校與教育工作之建議、對諮商與輔導工作之建議、對關注擴大性溝通議題者之注意事項,並且針對未來家長運用擴大性溝通陪伴自閉症孩子之經驗研究提出建議。

    This study aimed to understand the experience of parents using Expanding Communication to accompany their autistic children. This article summarizes and discusses the experiences of parents with autistic children in learning and using Expanding Communication, as well as the impact of using Expanding Communication on themselves and their children. This study adopts a qualitative research phenomenological approach and invites three participants to conduct interview in a semi-structured in-depth interview. The collected text data were organized and summarized by means of thematic analysis, and the research results are as follows:
    The common themes of "Forging the Key to Unlocking Communication Shackles—The Experience of Parents of Autistic Persons in Learning and Using Expanding Communication" include: the difficulties of learning expanded communication, the need for communication to go through a running-in period, and the long road to communication, taking the initiative in communication relationships, and Expanding Communication as an auxiliary method of education, five common themes. From the difficulties and trials in the process, as well as specific communication experiences, we can understand the difficulties parents encounter when using Expanding Communication and understand how parents overcome communication difficulties.
    The common themes of "Opening the "Star" Chapter with the Key of Hope - Parents of Autistic Persons Using Expansive Communication to Accompany Their Children, and the Impact on Themself and Their Children" include: understanding emotions and behaviors through communication, parents' inner changes, the changes in children's life after they are freed from the shackles of communication, the love that breaks out of the cocoon in communication, and the transition from "care" to "getting along", four common themes. From the long-term experience of using Expanding Communication, we can understand the inner changes of parents in the upbringing process, assistance to autistic children, and the changes in parent-child relationships.
    Based on the results of this study, we provide suggestions for schools and education work, suggestions for consultation and counseling work, matters needing attention for those who are concerned about the issue of expanded communication, and suggestions for future research.
