Abstract:	當2019年底開始的Covid-19全球疫情大流行，為當代及未來世代的全體人類福只帶來嚴重衝擊，「永續發展」不僅是國際趨勢及全世界共同目標，更涉及全人類的現在及未來福祉，而「教育」是落實「永續發展」的關鍵策略，強調連結聯合國永續發展目標及實踐永續發展理念的「大學社會責任實踐計畫」，近年來，教育公部門及大專校院積極建構「大學社會責任實踐計畫」中長期效益評估機制，但仍少見大學生參與大學社會責任計畫後的永續發展素養變化之評估，故本研究預計產出的「大學生永續發展素養指標系統」，除可作為評估大學生參與大學社會責任計畫後的永續發展素養變化，亦期待能對「大學社會責任實踐計畫」治理情形有更具體及精確的客觀理解
