摘要: | 由於政策法令與疫情衝擊少子女化的變遷,幼兒園面對結構改變挑戰,故對其經營領導研究更形重要、園長的經營領導理念為幼兒園園務運作之重要依據及國內對幼兒園園長經營領導理念及其實施情形之研究尚不多見。
因此本研究探討主要瞭解幼兒園園長經營領導的亮點及經歷之歷程並瞭解幼兒園園長園務之實施情形,最後能闡明幼兒園園長經營領導亮點及其實施情形的關係。
本研究提出四項結論:
一、幼兒園園長經營領導理念,以尊重孩子、追隨孩子讓孩子快樂成長,以及提升幼兒的學習成效,並獲得家長的認同。
二、幼兒園園長的經營理念採用不同教學模式,使其成為幼兒園特色及特殊性,以因應少子化與政策變遷之衝擊。
三、幼兒園經營領導中,最需要突破之議題,以師資穩定及專業提升為首要,其次為幼兒學習成效
四、幼兒園園長將經營理念作為經營實施的依據,使經營方向及施行之策略更為明確。
幼兒園園長的經營管理實施是非常重要的,將影響到幼兒園整體的運作和幼兒的發展,理論可以支持園長園務經營管理理念的實施。本研究對幼兒園園長建議包括:營造快樂學習環境、制定規章制度、創造優質工作環境、組織工作之推動與執行、建立幼兒園服務品質、親師交流、資訊化管理及結合在地文化與在地資源等。
Due to changes in policies, laws, and the impact of the epidemic on the number of children, kindergartens are facing the challenge of structural changes, so the study of their management and leadership has become even more important. The principal’s management and leadership philosophy are an important basis for the operation of kindergartens and domestic evaluation of kindergartens. There are still few studies on the leadership concept of long-term management leadership and its implementation.
Therefore, this study mainly focuses on understanding the highlights and experiences of kindergarten principals’ management leadership and understanding of the implementation of kindergarten principals’ garden affairs. Finally, it can clarify the relationship between the highlights and implementation of kindergarten principals’ management leadership.
This study makes four conclusions:
1. The management and leadership philosophy of the kindergarten principal is to respect children, follow them, let them grow up happily, improve children's learning effectiveness, and gain the recognition of parents.
2. The business philosophy of the kindergarten principal adopts different teaching models to make the kindergarten unique and unique to cope with the impact of declining birthrate and policy changes.
3. Among the issues that most require breakthroughs among kindergarten management leaders, the stability and professional improvement of teachers are the priority, followed by the learning effectiveness of children.
4. The kindergarten principal takes the business philosophy as the basis for business implementation, making the business direction and implementation strategy clearer.
The management implementation of the kindergarten principal is very important and will affect the overall operation of the kindergarten and the development of children. The theory can support the implementation of the principal's gardening management concept. This study's suggestions for kindergarten principals include creating a happy learning environment, formulating rules and regulations, creating a high-quality work environment, organizing the promotion and execution of work, establishing kindergarten service quality, parent-teacher exchanges, information management, and integrating local culture and local culture, resources etc. |
