    摘要: 探討課程中融入長者活力體能訓練 (Vivifrail) 對長者健康整合式評估 (ICOPE)及
    Vivifrial 訓練分級的影響。方法:以桃園及苗栗社區65 歲以上長者為研究對象,使用長者健康
    整合式功能評估 (ICOPE)評估長者在行動能力、營養不良、認知功能、視力障礙、聽力障礙、憂
    鬱等六大面向是否有異常,採並進行Vivifrail訓練分級測試 (簡易體能狀況量表、跌倒風險) 將
    長者依照分數分成A、B、B+、C、C+、D,有“+”的符號代表為有跌倒風險者,進行每週1次、
    每次 120 分鐘預防及延緩失能方案課程及長者活力體能訓練 (Vivifrai) 介入,訓練內容包含移
    動、肌力、平衡、伸展四項主題,連續12週的介入措施,介入後再次進行ICOPE與Vivifrail訓
    練分級測試,以獨立、相依樣本t檢定進行分析。結果:在預防及延緩失能方案課程及長者活力
    體能訓練 (Vivifrai) 介入後,在長者健康整合式評估 (ICOPE) 認知 A_1 (記憶力) 、認知 A_3
    (定向力) 、功能性體適能之三十秒手臂屈舉 (19.87 ± 5.18 vs 21.29 ± 5.55 , p=0.008) 、Vivifrail 訓
    練分級之4公尺步行速度測試 (4.39 ± 0.92 vs 3.39 ± 0.92 , p<0.001) 、從椅子起身測試 (10.79 ±
    5.54 vs 8.91 ± 2.26 , p=0.027) 、3 公尺計時起身行走測試 (8.62 ± 2.06 vs 8.30 ± 1.83 , p=0.030)、6
    公尺步行速度測試 (5.88 ± 1.22 vs 4.91 ± 1.07 , p<0.001) 皆有明顯進步。結論:「長者活力體能訓
    練Vivifrail」可融入「預防及延緩失能照護計畫」課程並確實執行在社區據點中並對長者有顯著
    改善,此與國外相關研究文獻呼應,未來可提供政府單位及社區相關課程規劃者參考。
    To explore the impact of incorporating Vitality Physical Training for the Elderly (Vivifrail)
    into the curriculum on the Integrated Assessment of Elderly Health (ICOPE) and Vivifrial training
    grading. Methods: Elders over 65 years old in Taoyuan and Miaoli communities were selected as the
    research subjects, and the Integrated Functional Evaluation of Elderly Health (ICOPE) was used to
    evaluate six aspects of the elderly's mobility, malnutrition, cognitive function, visual impairment,
    hearing impairment, and depression. Whether there are general abnormalities, the Vivifrail training
    grading test (simple physical fitness scale, fall risk) is adopted and the elderly are divided into A, B, B+,
    C, C+, and D according to the scores. The sign with a "+" means there is Those who are at risk of falling
    will receive a 120-minute prevention and disability delay program course and Vivifrai intervention for
    the elderly once a week. The training content includes four topics: mobility, muscle strength, balance,
    and stretching for 12 consecutive weeks. After the intervention, the ICOPE and Vivifrail training grading
    tests were conducted again, and the independent and dependent sample t tests were used for analysis.
    Results: After the intervention of the prevention and delaying disability program courses and the Vitality
    Physical Training for the Elderly (Vivifrai), the Integrated Assessment of Elderly Health (ICOPE)
    cognitive A_1 (memory), cognitive A_3 (orientation), functional physical Fitness thirty-second arm curl
    (19.87 ± 5.18 vs 21.29 ± 5.55, p=0.008), Vivifrail training grade 4-meter walking speed test (4.39±0.92
    vs 3.39±0.92, p<0.001) , getting up from the chair test (10.79± 5.54 vs 8.91±2.26, p=0.027) , 3-meter
    timed stand-up and walk test (8.62±2.06 vs 8.30±1.83, p=0.030) , 6-meter walking speed test (5.88±1.22
    vs 4.91±1.07 , p<0.001) all showed significant improvement. Conclusion: "Vivifrail" can be integrated
    into the "Prevention and Delay of Disability Care Plan" courses and can be implemented in communitybases and significantly improve the elderly. This echoes relevant foreign research literature and can be
    provided to the government in the future. Reference for unit and community-related course planners.
