    題名: 新住民婦女職家衝突與圓滿人生之關係
    The Relationships between Work-Family Conflict and Flourishing Life of Immigrant Women

    摘要: 本研究之目的在探討新住民婦女職家衝突與圓滿人生之相關情形。研究採取便利抽樣方式,使用問卷調查法,利用google表單進行資料蒐集,邀請參與者依序填寫「職家衝突量表」、「圓滿人生量表」。以20歲以上且有工作的新住民婦女為研究對象,總共回收285份問卷,剔除填答不清及漏答後,人數共為274人。研究結果發現:「工作家庭衝突」及「家庭工作衝突」對「圓滿人生」呈現負相關。新住民婦女之「年齡」、「原屬國籍」、「是否有子女」對職家衝突有顯著性差異,差異的結果為:51歲以上之新住民婦女,在「家庭工作衝突」上高於31~40歲之新住民婦女;越南之新住民婦女在「工作家庭衝突」上,高於中國大陸、港澳之新住民婦女;無子女之新住民婦女在「工作家庭衝突」上高於有七歲前子女之新住民婦女。另外,新住民婦女之「年齡」、「在台時間」、「原屬國籍」、「是否有子女」對圓滿人生有顯著性差異,差異的結果為: 51歲以上新住民婦女在「意義認同」的分數顯著大於20~30歲新住民婦女;在台時間 15年至未滿20年與20年以上新住民婦女在「勝任要求」的分數顯著大於3年至未滿5年;在台時間20年以上的新住民婦女在「樂天知命」分數顯著大於3年至未滿5年;中國大陸、港澳的新住民婦女在「正向情緒」及「勝任要求」分數皆顯著大於菲律賓的新住民婦女;有7歲前子女、有7歲以上子女在「圓滿人生」各構面的分數皆顯著大於無子女。最後於文末提出若干建議,提供未來實務與研究之參考。
    The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between work-family conflict and the flourishing life of new resident women. The study adopted convenient sampling method, questionnaire survey method, google form for data collection, and invited participants to fill in the "work-family conflict scale" and "complete life scale" in order. A total of 285 questionnaires were collected from new resident women over the age of 20, and 274 valid questionnaires were collected after unclear answers and missing answers were excluded. The results show that "work-family conflict" and "family-work conflict" are negatively related to " flourishing life". The "age", "nationality of origin" and "whether there are children" of the new resident women have significant differences in work-family conflict. The difference results are: the new resident women over 51 years old are higher than the new resident women between 31 and 40 years old in work-family conflict; The "work-family conflict" of Vietnamese new resident women is higher than that of Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Macao new resident women; New resident women without children are more likely to report "work-family conflict" than new resident women with children before the age of seven. In addition, the "age", "time in Taiwan", "nationality of origin" and "whether there are children" of the new resident women have significant differences in flourishing life. The result of the difference is: the scores of "meaning identity" of the new resident women over 51 are significantly higher than those of the new resident women between 20 and 30 years old; Women who have been in Taiwan for 15 to less than 20 years and those who have been in Taiwan for more than 20 years scored significantly higher than those who have been in Taiwan for 3 to less than 5 years. The scores of the new resident women who have been in Taiwan for more than 20 years are significantly higher than those of 3 to less than 5 years. The scores of children before the age of 7 and children over the age of 7 in all aspects of " flourishing life" were significantly higher than those without children. At the end of the paper, some suggestions are put forward to provide reference for future practice and research.
