摘要: | 本研究目的為欲探討專業彩妝造型師於職能上所需具備的專業能力分析之指標。於競爭激烈的彩妝造型市場唯有不斷學習且擁有良好的溝通能力,以及建立自己的品牌知名度才能不被市場所淘汰,同時亦需檢視於工作上所具備的專業能力能否滿足現代顧客所需。為達成研究之目的,本研究將以質性方式研究獲得結果,亦即,針對10位資深彩妝造型師採一對一方式進行深入訪問,接著,藉由問卷訪談方式萃取出技術者的共識因子。
藉由資料整理彙整,共篩選出基本知識、專業知識、工作態度、學習態度、自律能力、職務責任6項構面,21項共識因子。在基本知識衛生與安全方面,包括服務顧客前必須先用肥皂洗手、手部消毒、指甲整潔、戴口罩、工具整潔、化妝品安全辨識(日期質地)、產品製造來源;於專業知識方面,包括彩妝造型師對於工具使用的辨識、臉型判斷、臉部膚質判斷、髮性判斷、五官判斷、色彩的認知敏銳度、眼神修飾、身型比例判斷,能運用這些專業知識可以讓顧客更滿意;在工作態度方面,包括樂觀積極進取、有禮貌懂得尊重、有現場危機處理能力、時間觀念、聆聽客人想法,能讓顧客感覺到被尊重;在學習態度方面,包括網路資訊、進修學習、具有美感、取得專業證照、創造能力、持續關注流行,提升元認知能力在學習上可以成為終身學習者;在自律能力方面,包括形象儀容良好、整潔生活習慣良好、能做好自己的工作、時間觀念,彩妝造型師認為自我管理是一項很基本是尊重顧客的;在職務責任方面,包括諮詢顧客需求、尊重顧客隱私 、不要太聒噪、用專業去引導顧客,以提供專業彩妝造型師參考。
另外,於訪談過程中,有兩位專業彩妝造型師,提出了自我宣傳和經營自己兩項構面,部分彩妝造型師於共識因子方面則認為,基本知識上需增加產品製造來源、工具清潔、戴口罩、指甲整潔;專業知識需增加眼神修飾、身型比例判斷、美感培養、頭型判斷;工作態度須增加時間觀念、聆聽顧客想法;學習態度需增加創造能力、流行趨勢;自律能力需增加時間觀念、身體健康;職務責任需增加用專業去引導顧客、不要太聒噪。
總之,於此次的訪談中發現,80年後出生的彩妝造型師有很多都不是本科系畢業的,均因為本身愛美而走入彩妝造型師這行業,再者80年後出生的彩妝造型師多為高學歷畢業。彩妝造型師於思考過程中,對知識的調節和理解的能力,以及提升自己對元認知的能力,均對學習產生很重要的影響。
The purpose of this study is to explore the indicators of professional ability analysis that professional makeup stylists need to possess in terms of their functions. In the highly competitive makeup and styling market, only continuous learning, good communication skills and brand awareness can not be eliminated by the market. At the same time, it is also necessary to check whether the professional ability at work can meet the needs of modern customers. To achieve the purpose of the research, this study conducts a qualitative research, namely, one-on-one interview of 10 senior makeup stylists will be conducted. Then, extract the consensus factors of the technicians through questionnaire interviews.
Through data collation, a total of 6 dimensions including basic knowledge, professional knowledge, work attitude, learning attitude, self-discipline ability, and job responsibility, and 21 consensus factors were screened out. In terms of basic knowledge of hygiene and safety, before serving customers, you must wash your hands with soap, sanitize your hands, clean your nails, wear a mask, clean your tools, identify the safety of cosmetics (date and texture), and the source of product manufacturing; in terms of professional knowledge, the teacher's identification of tool use, judgment of face shape, judgment of facial skin texture, judgment of hair sex, judgment of facial features, cognitive acuity of color, eye modification, judgment of body shape proportion, can use these professional knowledge to make customers more satisfied;In terms of work attitude, being optimistic, proactive, polite and respectful, having the ability to deal with crises on the spot, having a sense of time, and listening to customers’ ideas can make customers feel respected; in terms of learning attitude, online information, further study, aesthetic feeling, obtaining professional certificates, creative ability, continuous attention to fashion, and improve metacognitive ability to become a lifelong learner in learning; in terms of self-discipline ability, good image and grooming, good tidy living habits, ability to do their own work, time concept, makeup and styling The teacher believes that self-management is very basic and respects customers; in terms of job responsibilities, consult customers' needs, respect customers' privacy, don't be too noisy, use professionalism to guide customers, and provide professional makeup stylists for reference.
In addition, during the interview process, two professional makeup stylists proposed two aspects: self-promotion and self-management. Some makeup stylists believed that in terms of consensus factors, it is necessary to increase the source of product manufacturing, clean tools, wear a mask and clean nails; professional knowledge needs to increase eye modification, body proportion judgment, aesthetic training, and head shape judgment; work attitude needs to increase time concept and listen to customers' ideas; learning attitude needs to increase creativity and fashion trends; self-discipline ability needs to be increased, the concept of time and good health; job responsibilities need to be increased, use professionalism to guide customers, and don't be too noisy.
In short, in this interview, I found that many makeup stylists born after 1980 did not graduate from a bachelor’s degree. Most of them are graduates with higher education. In the process of thinking, make-up stylists' ability to adjust and understand knowledge, as well as improve their ability to metacognition, all have a very important impact on learning. |
