連鎖飲料店業中最重要的是人力,在企業中如何留住好的員工及人才是企業中能不能長久的重要因素,而人格特質對於企業選才相當重要,到底哪一種人格特質的員工面臨工作壓力時會表現出什麼樣的行為,因此本研究主題係探討人格特質對工作壓力與離職傾向關係之研究,並以連鎖飲料店為例。
本研究是採用問卷調查法,對連鎖飲料店員工進行問卷發放,採用網路及紙本問卷,共發出 330 份問卷,扣除填答不全者,有效問卷 300 份,有效問卷回收率 90.9%,並利用敘述性統計分析、單因子變異數法、相關分析法及迴歸分析法進行分析。
研究結果發現具有 A 型人格特質的員工在工作壓力及離職傾向上的影響都比 B 型人格特質的員工來的高,而工作壓力與離職傾向也具有顯著正相關。經由本研究之迴歸分析得知,員工的人格特質會透過工作壓力顯著正向影響離職傾向,換言之,工作壓力對A/B型人格特質與離職傾向之關係有中介效果。
The most important aspect of chain beverage stores is human resources. Retaining good employees and talent is a crucial factor for the longevity of a company. Personality traits are also important in the selection of employees. This study aims to explore the rela-tionship between personality traits, job stress, and turnover intention in chain beverage stores.
The study used a questionnaire survey method, distributing 330 questionnaires through both online and paper formats. After excluding incomplete responses, 300 valid questionnaires were collected, with a response rate of 90.9%. Descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were used for analysis.
The results showed that employees with Type A personality traits had a higher impact on job stress and turnover intention than those with Type B personality traits. Job stress and turnover intention were also significantly positively correlated. Regression analysis revealed that personality traits significantly positively influenced turnover intention through job stress, indicating that job stress had a mediating effect on the relationship be-tween Type AB personality traits and turnover intention.
