企業因應國際潮流,並理解企業社會責任之發展趨勢,依循政府政策方針之引導,紛紛採取積極的觀點謀求更為具體有效的方式履行企業社會責任。以企業永續發展目標之理念來詮釋企業社會責任之實施步驟,強化企業競爭優勢及更佳化企業之價值。
惟對於營運績效的追求始終是企業經常性之課題,如何鏈結企業永續發展之趨勢,相輔相成於企業社會責任之實施,顯然已是企業經營的重要議題。本研究主旨於探討企業社會責任,是否影響正向組織行為?是否促使員工自我實現之成就、而感到工作滿意之情形?
因觀光產業之繁盛為社會進步、民生富裕的表徵,也是企業永續發展之必要因素。本研究擇以觀光餐飲產業從業人員為主要研究對象,採網路問卷、便利抽查方式,共計回收樣本186份、其中有效樣本數為127份,有效比率為68.3%。採SPSS 21統計分析軟體,進行樣本資料之彙整、分析、與驗證作業。研究假設,(一)企業社會責任對於正向組織行為具有正向顯著影響;(二)企業社會責任對於工作滿意具有正向顯著影響;(三)正向組織行為對於工作滿意亦具有正向影響。
In response to the international trend and understanding of the development trend of corporate social responsibility, and following the guidance of government policies and guidelines, enterprises have adopted positive views to seek more specific and effective ways to fulfill corporate social responsibility. Interpret the implementation steps of corporate social responsibility with the concept of sustainable development goals of the enterprise, strengthen the competitive advantage of the enterprise and optimize the value of the enterprise.
The pursuit of operational performance has always been a recurring topic for enterprises. How to link the trend of sustainable development of enterprises and complement each other with the implementation of corporate social responsibility has obviously become an important issue for enterprise management. The purpose of this study is to explore whether corporate social responsibility affects positive organizational behavior? Achievements that drive employees to self-actualization and thus job satisfaction? The prosperity of the tourism industry is a symbol of social progress and people's prosperity, and it is also a necessary factor for the sustainable development of enterprises.
This study takes the service personnel of the tourism and catering industry as the main research object, adopts the method of online questionnaire and convenient spot check, and recovers a total of 186 samples, of which 127 are valid samples, and the effective rate is 68.3%. Use SPSS 21 statistical analysis software to collect, analyze, and verify sample data. Research hypotheses: (1) Corporate social responsibility has a positive and significant impact on positive organizational behavior; (2) Corporate social responsibility has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction; (3) Positive organizational behavior also has a positive impact on job satisfaction .
