隨著歷年大學就讀人數日益上升,面對職場的不斷變化,個人對於職業活動 的內在認知、工作價值觀,以及試圖追求目標的驅動力顯得重要,進而影響其投入勞動市場的意願程度。本研究旨在探討成就動機、工作價值觀對就業意願之影響。研究採用便利抽樣法,以問卷調查針對人力資源管理科系學生為研究對象,問卷共計回收310份,有效問卷288份,有效回收率為92%。研究結果發現,成就動機與工作價值觀具有顯著正向關係;成就動機對就業意願具有顯著正向關係;工作價值觀對就業意願具有顯著正向關係;工作價值觀在成就動機與就業意願之間具有部份中介效果。最後本研究根據研究結果提出研究限制與相關研究建議。
In recent years, there has been a significant increase in college enrollment, accompanied by constant changes in the job market. The importance of individuals' intrinsic awareness of career activities, work values, and the driving force behind their pursuit of goals has consequently influenced their labor market preferences.
This study was devoted to investigate the association of achievement motivation, work values and employment willingness. The study use convenience sampling and focuses on department of human resource development and management students. Using convenience sampling and it is a totally 310 questionnaires were collected, 288 were effectively received, with an effective recovery rate of 92% . This study using hierarchical regression and Process analyses, and the result show that achievement motivation and work values are positive related;achievement motivation and employment willingness well-being are positive related;work values and employment willingness well-being are positive related;work values has intermediary effect achievement motivation and employment well-being. Finally, based on the result study, limitiona and suggestions are for future research.
