    Title: 健身房消費者之參與動機與滿意度之研究-以台北World Gym為例

    Abstract: 本研究目的在於探討健身俱樂部會員不同人口統計變項對參與動機與滿意度之關係及會員參與動機對健身俱樂部的滿意度之關係。本研究採用網路問卷調查法,以World Gym台北地區的會員作為研究對象,共發放220份問卷,回收有效問卷202份,無效問卷18份,有效問卷回收率為92%,以SPSS統計軟體進行資料分析。本研究結果發現:一、不同的教育程度之健身俱樂部會員在參與動機與滿意度上有顯著差異。二、健身俱樂部會員參與動機對滿意度有顯著正向影響。
    The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between different demographic variables of fitness club members' motivation to participate and satisfaction and the relationship between members' motivation to participate and satisfaction with the fitness club. This study adopted the internet questionnaire survey method, using the members of World Gym Taipei Area Membership as the research target, 220 questionnaires were distributed, 202 valid questionnaires were recovered, 18 invalid questionnaires were recovered, the recovery rate of the valid questionnaires was 92%, and the data were analyzed by SPSS statistical software.
    The results of this study found that: a. There is a significant difference in the participation motivation and satisfaction of fitness club members with different education levels. b. The participation of fitness club members in the study was not only limited to the members of the fitness club, but also to the members of the fitness club. The motivation of fitness club members has a significant positive effect on satisfaction.
