| 摘要: | 基於老年人行動不便，因此老人居住的空間必須考慮到老年人空間使用的方便性；其次，老年人對環境的舒適性需求較高，老人居住的空間應設計成舒適的形式。因此，作為考慮使用者的需求和習慣，以及建築物所處的環境和文化背景等因素的空間型構設計準則，正是老人居住空間設計的重要依據。
本研究即以新北市公立安養機構板橋榮民之家為例，透過「空間型構理論」(Space Syntax）軸線及便捷值等分析方式，對該機構老人居住的公共空間予以分析和設計，將這些準則應用到實際場景中，研究機構中不同屬性空間單元對應居住者之各種不同使用行為模式，同時參考現場觀察心得與住民訪談結果，進一步瞭解居住者之行為，探討不同公共空間使用行為與整體建築空間之對應關係。
本研究最終目的，在於綜合歸納出安養機構之老人使用行為與公共空間配置模式之相關要點，提供現有設施改善依據及爾後管理者委託專業辦理整體安養環境空間改造工程之規劃設計參考，從而創造更適合老人居住的空間。
本研究歸納出幾點老人路徑規劃改進策略，包括：1.經由空間型構法則實證分析相關量化數據，對於家區便捷值偏低路徑重新規劃設置，以提升全區主次要動線之便捷程度。2.把握年度失智大樓規劃新建契機，拓寬家區橫向外環道路、設置人行便道，並以縱向路徑串接兩區提高便捷動線，減少不安全空間區域，進而優化住居老人友善之安養環境。
Due to the inconvenience of the elderly, the living space for the elderly must consider the convenience of the elderly's space use; secondly, the elderly have a high demand for environmental comfort, and the living space for the elderly should be designed in a comfortable form. Therefore, as a space structure design criterion that considers the needs and habits of users, as well as the environment and cultural background of the building, it is an important basis for the design of the living space for the elderly.
This study takes the Banqiao Veterans Home, a public nursing institution in New Taipei City, as an example, and analyzes and designs the public space where the elderly live in the institution through analysis methods such as the "Space Syntax" (Space Syntax) axis and convenience value. Applying these principles to the actual scene, researching the different use behavior patterns of the residents corresponding to different attribute space units in the institution, and referring to the site observation experience and the results of the residents’ interviews, to further understand the behavior of the residents, and to explore the relationship between the use behavior of different public spaces and The corresponding relationship of the overall architectural space.
The final purpose is to comprehensively summarize the key points related to the use behavior of the elderly in nursing institutions and the configuration mode of public space, to provide the basis for the improvement of existing facilities and the planning and design reference for the management to entrust professionals to handle the overall nursing environment space renovation project, so as to create a better environment A space suitable for the elderly.
This study summarizes some improvement strategies for the path planning of the elderly, including: 1. Through the empirical analysis of relevant quantitative data based on the law of spatial structure, re-plan and set up the paths with low convenience values in the home area to improve the convenience of the main and secondary moving routes in the whole area degree. 2. Seize the opportunity of this year's planning and construction of dementia buildings, widen the horizontal outer ring roads in the home area, set up sidewalks, connect the two areas with vertical paths, and use the flow of people to reduce unsafe space areas, creating an environment that is friendly to the elderly. |
