線上遊戲已成為現代社會中廣泛受歡迎的休閒娛樂方式,但要維持玩家的忠誠度並不容易。為了吸引和留住更多的玩家,遊戲業者需要關注社會支持和動機這兩個重要的因素。社會支持是指玩家在線上遊戲中感受到的支持和關愛。這種支持可以是來自遊戲內的社交網絡和互動機制,也可以是來自遊戲外的社交平台和社區。依附理論認為,人們在人際關係中會尋求支持和安全感,因此提供社會支持可以增強玩家的依附感和忠誠度。另一方面,動機是指玩家參與線上遊戲的動機和目的。不同的玩家可能有不同的動機,例如追求成就、社交和娛樂等。遊戲業者需要理解這些動機,並提供多樣化的遊戲內容來滿足不同玩家的需求。維持玩家的動機可以增強他們的參與度和忠誠度。最後,線上遊戲忠誠度是指玩家對特定遊戲的愛好和忠誠程度。線上遊戲業者需要實施策略來提高玩家的忠誠度,例如提供社會支持和多樣化的動機。這將有助於增加玩家的參與度和長期參與的機會。
本研究主要想討論哪些因素會影像到玩家對於遊玩遊戲的意願。透過文獻探討整理歸納出三個因素「社會支持」、「動機」、「依附理論」影響「遊戲忠誠度」。最終再用問卷調查獲取327份問卷並採用量化研究方法加以驗證,得出影響的因素,並提出對策和意見。
Online games have become a widely popular leisure and entertainment option in modern society, but maintaining player loyalty is not easy. To attract and retain more players, game operators need to focus on two crucial factors: social support and motivation. Social support refers to the support and care players feel while engaging in online games. This support can come from in-game social networks and interactive mechanisms, as well as from social platforms and communities outside the game. Attachment theory suggests that people seek support and security in interpersonal relationships, so providing social support can enhance players' sense of attachment and loyalty.
On the other hand, motivation refers to the reasons and purposes behind players' participation in online games. Different players may have various motivations, such as seeking achievement, social interaction, or entertainment, among others. Game operators need to understand these motivations and provide diverse in-game content to meet the needs of different players. Maintaining players' motivation can enhance their engagement and loyalty. Finally, online game loyalty refers to the players' fondness and loyalty towards a specific game. Game operators need to implement strategies to increase player loyalty, such as providing social support and diverse motivations. This will help increase player engagement and encourage long-term participation.
This study aims to explore the factors that influence players' willingness to play games. Through a literature review, three factors – "social support," "motivation," and "attachment theory" – affecting "game loyalty" were identified and summarized. Ultimately, a survey was conducted to collect 327 responses, and a quantitative research method was employed to verify the influencing factors and provide suggestions and opinions.
