自2019年底疫情發生,在全球掀起了一場嚴峻的抗衡及省思,人們在疫情開始後被迫改變了飲食和作息習慣,對於保健以及免疫力相關常知識、各種保健產品更為關注。預防保健重於治療是對抗疫情自我保護的重要性。
本研究動機與目的在於探討企業推動健康產業的現況,並以新興氫分子保健產品客戶滿意度調查為例,探討消費者對於該產品的認知和滿意度。本研究將採用問卷調查法,收集使用者對於新興氫分子保健產品的認知和滿意度的資料。
問卷調查的設計依使用者對於產品品質、價格、售後服務及對產品的購買意願等之相關因素進行分析。調查結果將採用統計分析方法進行描述性統計、相關性分析、因素分析及迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。
預期本研究結果將有助於了解消費者對於新興氫分子保健產品的態度和評價,以及對於相關因素的關注和偏好,進而探討健康產業發展的趨勢和方向,為企業提供健康產業發展之參考。
Since the outbreak of the epidemic at the end of 2019, there has been a severe considerable reflection around the world, and people have been forced to change their diet and rest habits, and pay more attention to health care and immunity-related general knowledge and various health care products. Preventive care over cures is the lmportant to self-protection against the pandemic.
The motivation and purpose of this study is to explore the current situation of companies promoting the health industry, and to explore consumer awareness and satisfaction with the emerging hydrogen molecular health product customer satisfaction survey as an example. This study will use a questionnaire method to collect data on users' perception and satisfaction with emerging hydrogen molecular health products.
The questionnaire is designed to analyze the user's product quality, price, after-sales service and willingness to purchase the product. The survey results will be analyzed using statistical analysis methods such as descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis.
It is expected that the results of this study will help to understand consumers' attitudes and evaluations of emerging hydrogen molecular health care products, as well as their concerns and preferences for related factors, and then discuss the trend and direction of health industry development, and provide enterprises with reference for the development of health industry.
