摘要:	本研究問題是探討在技術創新的推動下，醫療保健行業取得了顯著進步，其中一項創新是智慧醫療照護平台的開發。在新冠肺炎的三年疫情期間，民眾怕被感染病毒而不敢到醫院看病就診，於是乎遠距看診的模式因應而生，讓許多不方便出門或是行動不方便的民眾可以免去舟車勞頓，就可以在家看診拿藥，也讓每個國家都意識到這個問題的重要性以及未來性，因此許多的智慧醫療照護平台開始孕育而出。本研究是透過網路google問卷的方式，以醫療照護平台如何影響使用者使用度之關係設計問券，運用知覺有用性、知覺易用性及主觀規範之間的關係連結，並衡量出影響變數之間的重要權重結果。隨機網路發送200份有效回收164份，回收率達82%。本研究發現，知覺有用性對於使用意圖上有正向顯著的影響；知覺易用性對於使用意圖上有正向顯著的影響；主觀規範對於使用意圖上有正向顯著的影響。所以本研究數據方向，可以為設計更有效和用戶友好的智慧醫療照護平台提供信息，並促進其在醫療保健領域的採用和實施。 This research question explores the remarkable advancements in the healthcare industry driven by technological innovations, one of which is the development of smart healthcare platforms. This study designed a questionnaire based on the relationship between how the medical care platform affects the user's degree of use through the online google questionnaire, using the relationship between platform security, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and subjective norms, and Measure the important weighted results among the influencing variables. Random network sent 200 effective recovery of 164 copies, recovery rate of 82%. This study found that platform security has a positive and significant impact on use intention; perceived usefulness has a positive and significant impact on use intention; perceived ease of use has a positive and significant impact on use intention; subjective norms have a positive and significant impact on There is a positive and significant effect on intention to use. Therefore, the data direction of this study can inform the design of more effective and user-friendly smart healthcare platforms, and promote their adoption and implementation in the healthcare field.
