    摘要: 隨著數位科技的不斷進步,印刷產業正經歷著深遠的變革。大數據、互聯網、電子書、無紙化和智慧商務等因素對印刷產業產生巨大影響,印刷業需要提升競爭力、創新發展,或者利用有限的資源提早做好轉型準備,以應對未來的挑戰。印刷數位轉型提供了技術轉型與市場競爭的契機,然而轉型的成長契機卻仍敵不過大數據、互聯網、電子書等帶來的衝擊。與此同時,曲面印刷結合包裝產業也面臨另一波限塑政策考驗,相關產業與市場面對各項考驗,如何加速轉型因應新的變化,立於不敗之地;如何正確預測並尋找最佳策略方針,實現企業願景和使命,是本研究的研究動機與目的。
    本研究針對印刷結合包裝產業的雙重考驗,以行業內最具指標性的企業R公司,作為本研究的探討個案,根據個案在業界近五十年的豐富行業經驗和歷史數據,以訪談法和實驗法搜集充足相關資料,並運用策略動態學核心原理,以及管理飛行模擬器,來為個案R公司建置該企業曲面數位印刷生產面與行銷面的量化模型,並依此預測未來可能趨勢,或困境下的情境分析,建置屬於該企業的微觀世界,再依此情境模擬為基礎,利用智慧商務和創新發展的策略模擬,亦結合AIDA行銷模型,設計產品策略方向,利用有限的資源,如資金存量、人力存量和符合限塑的市場規模,規劃付出最少經費的最佳策略方案,藉此驅動企業成功變革,尋找因應困境之最佳根本解方。
    本研究主要透過策略動態模型來審視風險和尋找最佳方案,並以數位轉型所帶來的效益為重點,探討R公司如何調整策略以應對挑戰。在研究與推演過程,最終得到最適策略方案以解決最迫切的困境。本研究在可視化的模型模擬過程發現,透過策略動態學原理的建模過程,可充分培養系統觀需要具備的能力。由此可見系統性思考的全面性,避免了各部門因線性思考問題而未能整合的弊端,以及在相互缺乏溝通而產生執行與努力不同方向之間的效益消長,因此運用策略動態的研究方法,以及系統性思考策略管理,結合技術、生產、行銷、管理、資金的全面性整合資源,以最小成本與經費預算,尋找成功轉型的機會,提供所有企業嘗試並藉以實現永續發展的目標。
    With the continuous advancement of digital technology, the printing industry is undergoing profound changes. Factors such as big data, the internet, e-books, paperless solutions, and smart business significantly impact the printing industry. The printing industry needs to enhance its competitiveness, innovate its development processes, or make early preparations for transformation using limited resources to address future challenges. The digital transformation of printing provides an opportunity for technological transformation and market competition, but it still faces challenges from big data, the internet, e-books, and other disruptive factors. At the same time, the combination of curved surface printing and the packaging industry is facing another wave of challenges due to plastic reduction policies, and the relevant industries and markets face various tests. How to accelerate transformation and adapt to new changes in order to gain unrivaled competitiveness, and how to accurately predict and find the best strategic direction to achieve the company's vision and mission are the motivations and objectives of this research.
    This research focuses on the dual challenges faced by the printing and packaging industry. R Company, the most representative enterprise in the industry, is selected as the case study for this research, as the company is known for its rich industry experience and historical data of nearly fifty years, and relevant data is collected through interviews and experiments. The core principles of strategy dynamics and the management flight simulator are applied to build a quantitative model for the production and marketing aspects of R Company's curved surface digital printing business. Based on this, future trends are predicted, and scenarios of challenging situations are analyzed to create a microcosm for the company. Product strategy directions are designed using smart business and innovative development strategies, as well as scenario analysis combined with the AIDA marketing model. The best strategic plan is devised using limited resources such as financial reserves, human resources, and market scale compliant with plastic reduction policies. This drives successful transformation and seeks the best fundamental solution to address challenges.
    This research primarily examines risks and finds the optimal solution through strategy dynamic modeling, with a focus on the benefits brought by digital transformation. It explores how R Company adjusts its strategies to cope with challenges. Throughout the research and deduction process, the most suitable strategic plan is obtained to solve the most pressing dilemma. The visualization of the modeling process reveals that the modeling process based on the principles of strategy dynamics can fully cultivate the ability required for systems thinking. This comprehensive approach avoids the drawbacks of departmental integration failure due to linear thinking and the decline in benefits resulting from a lack of communication and alignment in different directions. Therefore, by applying the research methodology of strategy dynamics and employing systematic thinking in strategic management, integrating resources comprehensively in terms of technology, production, marketing, management, and finance, and finding opportunities for successful transformation with minimal costs and budgeting, this research provides all enterprises with an opportunity to strive for sustainable development goals.
