| 摘要: | 對大多數人而言，音樂劇、舞台劇等的劇場演出是高消費娛樂的象徵。然而撇除金錢問題，劇場演出的內容常展現了人們對於社會的心聲，或者透過舞台演出重現歷史畫面，來反思、反省過去。現代音樂劇這個公演類型，從引進韓國至今不過60多年的歷史，但發展速度卻是意外的驚人，這其中的功勞除了各家劇團的努力、劇場的支援，還少不了韓國政府在政策上的大力支持。
本論文的研究目的在於，認識韓國的音樂劇產業發展歷程，蒐集韓國音樂劇產業之相關論文資料，並透過整理相關專欄及新聞報導來梳理出一個較完整的韓國音樂劇產業發展歷史，並探討經過Covid-19之後，韓國音樂劇產業所面臨的問題及改變，並期望未來能幫助相關研究人員在歷史探討方面的便利性。
本論文採用的研究方法，屬於社會科學中的質性研究（Descriptive study）。採用歷史研究法（Historical method）、內容分析法（Content analysis）與比較分析法（Comparative method），來進行資料之蒐集、分析及比較。
綜觀現代音樂劇在韓國發展至今的歷史，可以看到使韓國成為現代音樂劇產業第三大國的原因不僅有各家劇團本身的努力，其他相關產業像是劇場和支援企業，最重要的是政府在政策上的大力支持，都在其中扮演了不可或缺的一角，每個不同位置上的努力，才有了韓國今天的亞洲音樂劇中心的地位。
隨著疫情的長期化，新型態的公演方式也開始誕生，在音樂劇方面也誕生了網路音樂劇，甚至還可藉由VR設備來實現在現場看音樂劇的感覺 ，這些變化也正在慢慢地改變音樂劇的公演生態，更是讓人期待音樂劇產業未來的發展前景。
For most people, theater performances such as musicals, stage plays, etc. are symbols of high-consumption entertainment. However, leaving aside the issue of money, the content of theater performances often shows people's aspirations for society or reproduces historical images through stage performances to reflect and reflect on the past. The performance genre of modern musicals has only been introduced to Korea for more than 60 years, but the speed of development is surprisingly amazing. The research purpose of this thesis is to understand the development history of the Korean musical theater industry, collect relevant papers on the Korean musical theater industry, and sort out a relatively complete development history of the Korean musical theater industry by sorting out relevant columns and news reports, and discuss after Covid-19, the problems and changes faced by the Korean musical theater industry, and hope to help relevant researchers in the future to facilitate the historical discussion.
The research method used in this thesis belongs to the qualitative research (Descriptive study) in social science. Use the Historical method, Content analysis, and Comparative method to collect, analyze and compare data.
Looking at the history of the development of modern musicals in South Korea to the present, we can see that the reason why South Korea has become the third largest country in the modern musical industry is not only the efforts of various theater companies themselves, but also other related industries such as theaters and supporting companies, and the most important thing is the government. Strong policy support has played an indispensable role in it, and the efforts of each position have made South Korea the center of Asian musicals today.
With the protracted epidemic, new forms of performance have also begun to be born. In terms of musicals, online musicals have also been born, and VR equipment can even be used to realize the feeling of watching musicals on the spot. These changes are also being carried out. Slowly changing the performance ecology of musicals, people look forward to the future development prospects of the musical theater industry. |
