摘要: | 本研究為探究新冠病毒疫情下遊戲治療師的因應方式,共邀請五位在實務現場工作至少3年以上,並且於在學期間修習過遊戲治療課程至少36小時的遊戲治療師參與研究,其工作場域包含學校、社區機構與法院。研究以半結構式訪談大綱作為主軸進行,訪談內容依質性研究中的內容分析法進行資料的整理與分析,研究結果如下:
1.在新冠病毒疫情不同的階段中,遊戲治療師的因應方式、考量因素及心情轉折與調適,隨著環境的變化而有相應的改變。
2.遊戲治療師在疫情下確實有工作方式上的調整,包含「主動與家長進行諮詢」、「與服務單位密切的合作」、「增加治療中的主導性及結構,更彈性調整與兒童的工作」與「尋求支持系統及專業上的協助」。
3.遊戲治療師對工作方式的評估包含了「評估外在環境對治療結構的影響」、「遊療師個人經驗與狀態對專業工作影響的評估」、「考量個案自身適應疫情帶來變化的狀態與能力對治療的影響」和「對治療效能與效果進行評估」。
4.遊戲治療師因應方式的影響包含「家長對個案的諮商有不同的期待及治療效能」、「調整工作模式影響遊療師的情緒,並帶來不同的想法與覺察」、「治療結構的改變使治療效果受限」與「拓展遊療師對個案的認識以及位個案在疫情下帶來正向的經驗」。
本研究依據研究結果提出研究建議及遊戲治療實務建議,供未來相關研究或是遊戲治療師參考。
This study mainly explored the coping strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic for play therapists. There are five research participants who have at least three years of professional working experience at primary school, community organization and court. The participants also accepted play therapy training at least 36 hours during school time in this study.
A semi-structured interview was conducted to collect data. This study adopted a qualitative study method, and content analysis was used for data analysis.
The results of the study were as follow:
1.During the different stages of the COVID-19 epidemic, play therapists' coping methods, assessments, emotion transitions and adjustments have correspondingly changed with the evolving environment.
2.Play therapists have indeed adjusted their working methods during the pandemic, including "actively consulting with parents", "close collaboration with service units", "increased leading and structure in therapy, working with children with more flexibility ", and "seeking support systems and professional assistances."
3.The assessment of play therapists' working methods includes "evaluate the impact of the external environment on therapy structures", "the influence of therapists' personal experiences and states on professional work", "considering the changes in the clients' adaptation and abilities due to the pandemic and their impact on therapy", and "evaluate therapy effectiveness and outcomes."
4.The impact of coping strategies by play therapists includes "parents having different expectations and perceptions of therapy for the clients", "adjusting work patterns affecting therapists' emotions, leading to different thoughts and awareness", "limitations on therapy effectiveness due to changes in therapy structures", and "expanding play therapists' understanding of the clients and the positive experiences the clients have gained during the pandemic."
Based on the results, this study puts forward suggestions for related research or play therapists. |
