    Title: 幼兒園教保服務人員專業認同、工作壓力與工作滿意度之相關研究─ 以桃園市公私立幼兒園為例

    Abstract: 本研究採用問卷調查法,主旨在探討桃園市公私立教保服務人員的專業認同、工作壓力及工作滿意度之相關性。以110學年度桃園市公、私立教保服務人員為研究對象,研究工具包含「專業認同量表」、「工作壓力量表」和「工作滿意度量表」,發放335份問卷,有效樣本共計317份,回收率為94.6%,以統計軟體進行分析,以敘述統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關等統計方式進行分析。
    本研究結果如下:
    一、桃園市公、私立教保服務人員專業認同、工作滿意度呈現中上程度;工作壓力呈現中等程度。
    二、在專業認同部份,年齡、婚姻狀況、有無子女、園所類型、園所規模、任職年資、擔任職務、薪資所得等變項有顯著差異。
    三、在工作壓力部份,園所類型、擔任職務、薪資所得、任教班別等變項有顯著差異。
    四、在工作滿意度部份,園所類型、擔任職務、薪資所得等變項有顯著差異。
    五、桃園市公、私立教保服務人員專業認同與工作壓力、工作壓力與工作滿意度呈現顯著負相關。桃園市公、私立教保服務人員專業認同與工作滿意度呈現顯著正相關。
    本研究根據研究結論提出具體建議,提供教保服務人員、幼兒園以及相關政府單位未來研究之參考。
    This study uses a questionnaire survey method to explore the relevance of professional identity, work pressure and job satisfaction of public and private education and protection service personnel in Taoyuan City. Taking the public and private education and insurance service personnel in Taoyuan City in the 110 academic year as the research object, the research tools included the “Professional Recognition Scale”, the “Work Stress Scale” and the “Job Satisfaction Scale”, 335 questionnaires were distributed, with a total of 317 valid samples, with a recovery rate of 94.6%, analysis is carried out using statistical software, and analyzed by narrative statistics, one-factor variation analysis, Pearson product difference correlation and other statistical methods.
    The results of this study are as followed:
    1. The professional identity, the job satisfaction of public and private education and protection service personnel in Taoyuan City shows a medium and upper degree. The work pressure shows a moderate degree.
    2. In the professional recognition section, there are significant differences in changes such as age, marital status, whether there are children, type of kindergarten, size of kindergarten, seniority, position held, salary income, etc.
    3. In the work pressure section, there are significant differences in the types of kindergartens, positions held, salary income, and teaching classes.
