本研究目的在探究助人工作者幽默風格與專業耗竭之關係,及正念調節助人工作者幽默風格與專業耗竭之相關情形。在研究方法上,本研究以網路便利取樣徵求符合資格之291名助人工作者參與線上問卷施測,扣除無效問卷後,有效問卷共計277份。研究工具包含「正體中文版幽默風格量表」、「專業耗竭量表」,及「中文版止觀覺察注意量表」。本研究結果顯示:助人工作者親和型幽默風格與專業耗竭未呈現顯著相關、助人工作者自我提升型幽默風格與專業耗竭呈現負相關、助人工作者攻擊型幽默風格與專業耗竭未呈現顯著相關、助人工作者自我貶抑幽默風格與專業耗竭呈現正相關,及助人工作者正念與專業耗竭呈現顯著負相關。此外,正念與助人工作者各項幽默風格交互作用對專業耗竭未呈現調節效果。本研究結果有助於了解助人工作者幽默風格與專業耗竭之相關,及正念調節助人工作幽默風格與專業耗竭間相關之效果。最後,研究者針對本研究之結果提出若干建議,以提供未來相關研究或實務應用之參考。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between humor style and burnout rate among professional helpers, and the relationship between mindfulness to regulate humor style and burnout. The study was conducted through a web-based sample of professional helpers (N = 277) and three self-reported questionnaires including Chinese version of the Humor Style Inventory, the Burnout Scale, and the Chinese version of the Mindful Awareness Attention Scale. The results of this study showed that: the affectionate humor style of helpers was not correlated with burnout, the self-enhancing humor style of helpers was negatively correlated with burnout, the aggressive humor style of helpers was not correlated with burnout, and the self-defeating humor style of helpers was currently correlated with burnout. In addition, mindfulness did not show an interaction between humor style and burnout for the professional helpers, however, mindfulness was significantly correlated with burnout. The results of this study contribute to the understanding of the correlation between humor style and burnout among professional helpers and the effect of mindfulness in moderating humor style and burnout among professional helpers. Finally, the researcher makes several recommendations regarding the results of this study to provide reference for future research or practical applications.
