This paper studies the unequal treatment and malicious attacks suffered by the front-line employees of the aviation industry during the COVID-19 epidemic, whether they encounter internal changes in the company or pressure from the outside world, which are severely damaging their bodies and minds.
In the post-epidemic era, various airlines have started recruiting and training for future "retaliatory tourism". For novices who want to work in the aviation industry, they must fully understand the nature of the industry and consider whether there are opportunities for them to join the industry. Sufficient psychological quality to face the aviation career.
Combining the above items, discuss the impact on the "willingness to work" in aviation, so as to facilitate the reference when recruiting personnel.
By establishing questionnaires and frameworks to explore the frontline personnel of aviation, including the gender, marital status, age distribution, whether there are children, education level, working experience, company title, and monthly average The effect of income on job stress and job satisfaction. At that time, the relevant data will be provided to the human resources and senior management of the providing company, as a reference for future recruitment plans.
The samples of this study come from nationalities and foreign airlines. Flight crew/ ground staff front-line supervisors are the objects of questionnaire distribution. The questionnaire is designed and collected through Google forms, and the data is collected by filling in the information online. A total of 465 valid questionnaires were recovered, and after the questionnaires were collected, SPSS was used for descriptive statistics, validity analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis.
The research results show that the negative impact of COVID-19 major event cognition and aviation employment intention is not significant; Resilience has a significant positive effect on the moderating effect of COVID-19 major event cognition and aviation employment intention. Therefore, as the COVID-19 epidemic has not yet slowed down, how business operators create an environment with positive pressure and high satisfaction, and deal with employees' mental health factors, so as to improve employees' willingness to work and reduce their intention to leave, has become an important issue for enterprises. Issues that need to be addressed immediately.
