在企業中,員工的忠誠度管理是人力資源管理中的一個重要問題。而企業文化和激勵制度是影響員工忠誠度的重要因素。因此,本研究旨在探討企業文化、激勵制度與員工忠誠度之關聯性。研究採用便利抽樣,針對廈門市X公司員工作為本研究之研究對象,共發放200份問卷,有效問卷170份,其回收率為85%。透過相關分析不同人口背景變項對此三構面之影響,其次以相關分析探討各變項間是否具有正向關係存在,最後運用迴歸分析探討各變項間之因果關係,以及驗證中介效果是否存在。
研究結果發現,企業文化與激勵制度具有正向關係;激勵制度與員工忠誠度具有正向關係;企業文化與員工忠誠度具有正向關係;激勵制度在企業文化與員工忠誠度間具有中介關係。最後提出管理意涵和未來研究之建議。
In enterprises, employee loyalty management is an important issue in human resource management. Corporate culture and incentive system are important factors affecting employee loyalty. Therefore, this study aims to explore the relationship between corporate culture, incentive system and employee loyalty. Convenience sampling was used in this study. The employees of X company in Xiamen were the research object of this study. A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed, and 170 valid questionnaires were issued, with a recovery rate of 85%. Through correlation analysis, the influence of different demographic background variables on the three dimensions is analyzed. Secondly, correlation analysis is used to explore whether there is a positive and negative relationship between the variables. Finally, regression analysis is used to explore the causal relationship between the variables and verify whether the prediction effect exists.
The results show that there is a positive relationship between corporate culture and incentive system; Incentive system has a positive relationship with employee loyalty; There is a positive relationship between corporate culture and employee loyalty; The relationship between enterprise culture and employee loyalty is predicted. Finally, management implications and suggestions for future research are put forward.
