    Abstract: 目的:本研究為比較PNF(Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation;本體感覺神經肌肉伸展術)伸展訓練與傳統雜技伸展訓練兩種訓練方式,對髖關節柔軟度的影響。
Purpose: The study was to compare the effect between both, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching training method and traditional acrobatic stretching training method on hip flexibility of acrobatic students. Method: Firstly, forty students of National Taiwan College of Performing Arts were divided into PNF group and traditional acrobatic group for six weeks of training. Secondly, we to compare the training effects of hip flexibility related parameters (Sit and Reach, Supine Splits with Hip Flexibility, Supine Splits with Right leg and Supine Splits with Left leg) between pre-training and post-training. Results: The effects of training of PNF group were obviously progressive on four kinds of hip flexibilities (p < .05). The traditional acrobatic group was not. Yet it was found that the effects of training on both supine splits with right leg and supine Splits with Left leg, the PNF group was better than traditional acrobatic group (p < .05). Conclusion: Through six weeks of training, we found that PNF training was more effective than traditional acrobatic training on hip flexibility of acrobatic students.
