摘要: | 本研究旨在瞭解新北市公共托育中心已婚職業婦女家長工作壓力、婚姻品質、親子互動之現況,並進一步探討其背景因素、工作壓力、婚姻品質與親子互動之關聯性及預測力。研究方法採分層叢集抽樣方式進行工作壓力、婚姻品質、親子互動之問卷調查,以新北市公立托育中心8家已婚職業婦女家長為研究對象進行資料蒐集,問卷總計發出365份,回收350份,刪除38份填答不完整問卷,總計有效問卷為312份,共計有效問卷回收率達85.47%。問卷調查資料回收以統計套裝軟體SPSS18.0進行分析,資料分析主要採用統計方法包括:描述性統計、獨立樣本t 檢定考驗、單因子變異數分析和皮爾森積差相關、逐步多元迴歸分析等。統計分析的結果彙整主要研究結論。
如下:
一、新北市公共托育中心已婚職業婦女家長整體工作壓力平均數為2.72,此表示新北市公共托育中心已婚職業婦女家長整體工作壓力呈現中低程度,其中以「工作量負荷」感受程度最高,其次為「身心反應」。
二、新北市公共托育中心已婚職業婦女家長整體婚姻品質平均數為3.63,此表示新北市公共托育中心已婚職業婦女家長整體婚姻品質呈現中上程度,其中以「尊重與互動滿意」感受程度高,「一致性程度」感受程度低。
三、新北市公共托育中心已婚職業婦女家長整體親子互動平均數為4.25,此表示新北市公共托育中心已婚職業婦女家長整體親子互動呈現高程度,其中以「心理互動」最高,其次為「身體互動」。
四、新北市公共托育中心已婚職業婦女家長之婚姻品質感受程度,因教育程度背景變項的不同,有顯著差異。
五、新北市公共托育中心已婚職業婦女家長之婚姻品質在與親子互動之「心理互動」、「身體互動」皆有顯著高度正相關。
最後,根據研究結果與結論,提出幾項建議,以供主管機關、已婚職業婦女家長、及未來研究者之參考。
The aim of this study was to understand the present state of married employed women with children enrolling in public childcare centers in New Taipei City, regarding the work stress, marital quality, and parent-child interactions. further exploration were about the correlation and predictability of the contextual factors, work stress, as well as marital quality and parent-child interactions. Methods stratified sampling was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the work pressure, marriage quality and parent-child interaction of married professional women's parents in public childcare centers. Data were collected from 8 married professional women's parents in Xinbei public childcare centers. A total of 365 questionnaires were sent out, 350 were recovered, 38 incomplete questionnaires were deleted, and a total of 312 valid questionnaires were available, The total effective questionnaire recovery rate was 85.47%. The valid recovery rate was 85.47%. Statistical Package for Social Science, SPSS18.0 was used to conduct relevant statistical analyses. The study adopted statistical methods involving descriptive statistics, independence samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, stepwise multiple regression analysis, and so on. Analysis results that lead to conclusions are as follows:
1. The mean score for job stress experienced by married employed women with childrenenrolled in public childcare centers in New Taipei City was 2.72, which was slightly lower than average. In all aspects, “Workload” followed by “psychophysiology responses” turned out to be the most aware factor.
2. The mean score for overall marital quality of married employed women with children enrolled in public childcare centers in New Taipei City was 3.63, which was above intermediate level. The awareness of “Satisfaction with respect and interactions” was high, while “the degree of consistency” was low.
3. The mean score for parent-child interactions of married employed women with children enrolled in public childcare centers in New Taipei City was 4.25, which showed a high degree of overall parent-child interactions. In all aspects, “psychological interactions” was the highest followed by “physical interactions”.
4. Due to the different educational level, there was a significant difference of the awareness of marital quality of women who are employed with children.
5. There was a significant correlation between marital quality and both “parent-child psychological interactions” and “parent-child physical interactions”.
To sum up, this essay has given several suggestions, based upon the results of the
study, for the reference of competent authority, married employed mothers, and future studies. |
