    Abstract: 本研究以乙醇酸鈰為前驅物在低溫下,藉由聚乙烯吡咯烷酮輔助一鍋化法,再經由高溫煅燒的處理,製備出板狀的CeO2奈米片材料,並塗佈在氧化鋁基板上製備出室溫型NH3氣體感測器。
    此外,通過掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)、能量色散X射線光元素圖、X射線繞射儀(XRD)、N2氣體吸附-脫附測試,分析板狀CeO2奈米片的形態、相組成、晶體結構、比表面積和孔徑分布,並詳細討論板狀CeO2奈米片的形成過程,且探討在室溫下對NH3氣體的特性。
    將製備好的板狀CeO2奈米片材料通入氨氣測試結果顯示, 50°C合成的板狀的CeO2奈米片比190°C合成的材料有較大的比表面積(99.77 m2/g)和孔徑(20 Å),在室溫下對低濃度(0.1ppm)的NH3氣體測試, 50°C合成的板狀的CeO2奈米片具有高感度值(11.8%),同時在0.1到100 ppm測試中有極低的偵測極限(50 ppb)、良好選擇性、線性、再現性以及較好的長期穩定性等優點。
    The plate-like CeO2 nanosheets were fabricated through one-pot polyvinylpyrrolidone-assisted polyol process using cerium glycolate as precursor at low reaction temperature, which was followed by calcining. The morphology, phase composition, crystalline structure, specific surface area and pore size distributions of plate-like CeO2 nanosheets were characterized by scanning electron microscopy coupled with an energy dispersive X-ray elemental mapping, X-ray diffractometry and N2 adsorption-desorption testing. The formation process of plate-like CeO2 nanosheets was discussed in detail. Novel NH3 gas sensor based on plate-like CeO2 nanosheets was fabricated and studied its NH3 gas sensing properties at room temperature. Most importantly, the sensor responded strongly to low concentrations of NH3 gas at room temperature; its use is practical because of its ease of fabrication.
