    題名: 鋁合金6061-T6鑽微孔切削劑之研究

    摘要: 本文以鋁合金6061-T6鑽微孔切削劑的探討為研究目標;在這個面臨5G到來的世代,通訊元件設備變得越來越重要,所以要如何降低發展5G及5G應用的成本是未來重要的目標。本研究嘗試加入石墨的成分來改善切削性能。以固定進給力切削探討是否會影響切削的時間及鑽頭的積屑狀況。最終希望達到減少鑽削時間與積屑(BUE)之形成狀況。
    本研究之研究方法及步驟是特別針對通訊元件的加工條件來進行,此通訊元件因為需要鑽出許多微孔,該如何降低鑽削時間,達到降低鑽削時間的效果,所以從切削劑的成分來探討,實驗以添加含有石墨成分的切削劑來進行研究探討,記錄其鑽削時間並製作長條圖,探討其效果是否如預期一般,能夠降低鑽削時間及減少積屑產生。
    首先製作自製自動化鑽床來做為探討切削劑的設備;藉由實驗進行多次且重複鋁合金6061-T6鑽微孔,並且尋找出切削劑與鑽孔時間的差異,並設定固定的進給力進行實驗,是鋁合金6061-T6有無去除表面氧化層在鑽微孔時的時間差異及切削劑對於鑽孔時間的影響。
    最後由實驗結果可得結論:
    1.將石墨添加至切削劑內,顯示能夠減少13%的鑽削時間,
    2.石墨相較於墨汁有17%的穩定性,對於增加切削性是相對穩定,擁有較好的切削性能。
    3.在鑽削鋁合金6061-T6時,有去除表面氧化層所鑽削的時間比無去除表面氧化層所鑽削的時間減少22%的鑽削時間。

    The study aims to investigate the cutting fluid for micro drilling of aluminum alloy 6061-T6. The components of communication equipment for 5G are becoming more and more important, so how to reduce the cost of production for the components of communication equipment for 5G is an important goal in the future. This study attempted to add graphite in cutting fluid to improve cutting performance. With the fixed cutting force to study whether it will affect the cutting performance. It means to reduce cutting time and built up edge (BUE).
    This study is particularly aimed at the cutting processing of the components of communication equipment; so many micro-holes of this component need to be drilled. How to reduce drilling time, to reduce the cost of production is the final goal of this study. This experiment will add graphite in cutting fluid to cut aluminum alloy 6061-T6
    First of all, to design and homemade automatic drilling machine to keep cutting constant force is first step of study. Through the experiments of aluminum alloy 6061-T6 drilling micro holes, the difference between ratio of cutting fluid and graphite , the reduction of drilling time will be found out.
    Finally, the experimental results can be concluded: the graphite added to cutting fluid and graphite, the preliminary display can reduce the drilling time and thus increase the cutting rate, the details need to be studied more. Just graphite as cutting fluid has not function for cutting performance. The graphite must be used in conjunction with water-soluble cutting fluid, it means the use of graphite as an additive of cutting fluid.Further research needs to take into account the length and percentage of the drill static point, reduce the drilling time and BUE, to get a more detail information for micro drilling of aluminum alloy 6061-T6.
