    Title: 不同光質LED 對水菜的生長及植化素含量的影響

    Abstract: 水菜 (Brassica rapa L. var. japonica)富含酚類等天然抗氧化物及各種有益健康的植物化學物質,如硫代葡萄糖苷、酚類物質和花青素,是一種易於取得並具有研究價值的作物。不同的光質會影響植物的生理反應和代謝產物,而溫室或植物工廠的設施可用於控制生長條件,為作物創造更高的利用價值。LED具有光能轉換率高、輻射熱輸出低、燈具重量輕等優點。本研究以兩種水菜(四季京水菜和紅法師水菜)為實驗材料,採用不同發光二極管(light-emitting diode, LED)組合的 9 種不同光照處理的水耕法,光強度皆為100 μmol⋅m−2⋅s-1,探討不同光照對植株的生長、抗氧化含量和抗氧化能力的影響。在水耕平台上種植 30 天後,收穫水菜。然後將水菜樣品經過冷凍乾燥處理後,研磨成粉末,可以直接使用粉末進行分析,或重新懸浮一定重量的粉末於蒸餾水中溶解,再進行分析。研究結果顯示,最大鮮重在紅光處理時的四季京水菜,平均鮮重為25.85 g。類胡蘿蔔素含量最高的是以無綠光處理的紅法師,平均含量為2,127 μg g-1。花青素含量最高的是紅光處理的紅法師,平均含量為110 μg g-1。類黃酮含量最高的是藍光處理的紅法師,平均含量為106μg g-1。總酚含量最高的是無綠光處理的四季京水菜,平均含量為200 mg g-1。紅光及藍光處理下,會抑制水菜的生長高度,並促進總酚含量累積。DPPH自由基清除率最高的是無綠光處理的四季京水菜,可達92%。

    Mizuna (Brassica rapa L. var. japonica) is rich in natural antioxidants such as phenolics and various healthy phytochemicals, such as glucosinolates, polyphenols and anthocyanins. It is an easy-to-obtain and research-worthy crop. Different light quality affects the physiological reactions and metabolites of plants. Greenhouse or plant factory can be used to control growth conditions to create higher value of utilization for crops. LED has the advantages of high light energy conversion rate, low output of radiant heat and low weight of light wares. In this study, two kinds of mizuna species (Green mizuna and Red mizuna) were used as the experimental materials, and hydroponic method with 9 different light treatments by different light-emitting diodes (LEDs) combinations was used to explore the effects of different light quality on the growth, antioxidant content and anti-oxidative ability. Mizuna was harvested after 30 days of planting on the hydroponic platform. Mizuna samples were ground to powder after lyophilization treatment, and then used directly or dissolved by resuspending in distilled water for all measurement. Results showed the highest fresh biomass of Green mizuna reached 25.85 g during the red light treatment. The highest content of carotenoids was obtained in the no green light treatment of Red mizuna with 2,127 μg g-1. The highest content of anthocyanin was obtained in red light treatment of Red mizuna with 110 μg g-1. The highest content of flavonoid was obtained in blue light treatment of Red mizuna with 106 μg g-1. The highest content of total phenolics was obtained is green light treatment of Green mizuna with 200 mg g-1. Red and blue light treatments were found to have negative influence of plant height and promote the accumulation of total phenolics. The best DPPH free-radical scavenging activity of 92% was found in no green light treatment of Green mizuna.
