Abstract:	流行音樂具有歌詞與旋律相互結合，能使創作者為其賦予更加明確的主題，它能搭配其他媒材，作為影劇、圖文創作等傳播媒體互相宣傳的手段之一，使歌曲不再只是單一向情感抒發的作品。　　本篇論文以《循序漸進》為標題主軸，意指人們在經過各類情感與生命歷程後，將會緩慢成長前進之概念。　　本論文共包含四首歌曲:〈東寧春暖花開〉描繪溫暖和樂的家庭以及童年。〈溺光〉以單戀為題，並以漫畫《九命人-溺光》為靈感發想，嘗試將劇情與歌曲意境結合。〈氧氣魚缸〉描述戀情結束的窒息感與失落，作為負面情感抒發的抒情歌曲。〈緩步前行〉以「消極」的角度，傳達寬慰自我、無須害怕面對未知的意境。　　扣合著《循序漸進》，筆者將個人創作之歌曲，連結在人生不同階段、不同情感的主題，並闡述創作理念、進行旋律和歌詞以及編曲之各項配器分析。即使人生道路上的經歷因人而異，筆者亦期許傳遞給閱聽者對於生命中不同階段的成長之共鳴。 Popular music can not only combine lyrics and melody but also let the creator endow clearer themes. It can be paired with other media, and as one of the promotion means of media such as film, drama, graphic creation, etc., songs are no longer just works that express emotion in a single direction. 　　The core theme of this thesis is “Step by Step”, which refers to the concept that people will grow slowly and move forward after going through various emotional and life processes. 　　This thesis contains four songs: “Spring blooms in Dongning” depicts a warm big family and sweet childhood. “Wallow in Light” takes the theme of one-sided love, and is inspired by the comic “Nine Lives Man-Wallow in Light”, trying to combine the plot with the artistic conception of the song. “Hypoxic Fish Tank” describes the feeling of suffocation and loss at the end of a relationship. It is a lyrical song that expresses negative emotions. “Walking Slowly” uses a "passive" perspective to convey the mood of comforting oneself and not having to be afraid to face the unknown. 　　Focus on the theme “Step by Step”, the author links the topics of different stages of life, and different emotion into personal songs, and expound on the creative concept, analyze the melody, lyrics, and how to arrange the instruments. Even if the experience in life varies from person to person, the author wants to resonate with the audience about growth in different stages of life.
