    題名: 六角槓農夫行走搭配不同休息時間 對運動員爆發力之影響

    摘要: 背景:農夫行走 (Farmer Walk) 是改善肌肉力量表現的一種訓練方式。依目前文獻得知,農夫行走可提升全身性無氧耐力、增強握力、強化核心穩定性與力量、並發展上背部肌群。然而,不同休息時間對農夫行走所誘發爆發力的效益仍有待商榷。目的:本研究目的旨在探討六角槓農夫行走搭配不同組間休息時間對運動員爆發力立即性影響。方法:招募21名大學男性運動員為受測者 (年齡:20.78 ± 0.83歲、身高:171.11 ± 5.18公分、體重:80.58 ± 5.74公斤)。受測者先進行爆發力前測 (擺臂垂直跳、蹲距跳與40公尺衝刺);隨後介入一趟40公尺六角槓農夫行走,並介入不同組間休息 (0分鐘、3分鐘、5分鐘、7分鐘、12分鐘),同時於每段間歇休息區間進行爆發力測驗。統計方式採單因子相依樣本變異數分析,顯著水準設定為α= 0.05;若達顯著差異,再以Bonferroni進行事後比較。結果:一、不同休息時間對擺臂垂直跳之活化後增益性達顯著效益 (F=5.32,p=.03);經事後比較可得知擺臂垂直跳在立即表現 (51.01±6.24公分) 顯著優於前測 (49.53±5.81公分) 與組間休息3分鐘 (50.50±6.15公分)。組間休息3分鐘 (50.50±6.15公分) 顯著優於前測 (49.53±5.81公分)。二、不同休息時間對蹲距跳之活化後增益性達顯著差異水準 (F=3.61,p=.012),經事後比較可得知立即 (39.89 ±4.89公分) 顯著優於前測 (39.05±4.50公分) 與休息3分鐘 (39.55±5.19公分)。三、在40公尺衝刺活化後增益效果並未達顯著差異水準。結論:六角槓農夫行走在立即時間點對運動員的擺臂垂直跳與蹲踞跳最具誘發活化後增益作用效果;然而,對40公尺衝刺表現並無顯著差異作用。

    Background: The Farmer Walk (FW) training method may improve muscular strength performance. The current research literature revealed that FW could enhance anaerobic endurance, grip strength, core stability strength, and develop upper back muscles. However, different rest periods on power performance induced by the FW method remain to be clarified. Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the acute and carry-over effects of the hex-bar FW with different inter-set rest periods on athletes' power performance. Method: Twenty-one male collegiate players (age: 20.78 ± 0.83 yrs; height: 171.11 ± 5.18 cm; weight: 80.58 ± 5.74 kg) were recruited as the subjects for this study. All subjects took the pre-test: vertical jump with swing arm (VJSA), squat jump (SJ), and 40-meter sprint (40MS). The pre-test conducted one set of 40-meter hexagonal bar FW with different intra-rest periods (in time, 3 minutes, five minutes, seven minutes, and 12 minutes). Data are presented as means ± standard deviations (SD). The statistical method adopted Repeated-measures One-way ANOVA and Bonferroni post hoc test. The significance level was set at α= 0.05. Result: First, Different intra-set rest periods significantly induced the effects of post-activation potentiation (PAP) in VJSA (F=5.32, p=.03; η2= .210). The post hoc. test showed that the immediate VJSA performance (51.01±6.24cm) was superior to pre-test (49.53±5.81cm) and intra-rest 3 minutes (50.50±6.15cm); meanwhile, the intra-rest 3 minutes (50.50±6.15cm) was higher than pre-test (49.53±5.81 cents). Second, the SJ test (F=3.61, p=.012) achieved significantly different. Otherwise, the immediate SJ performance (39.05 ±4.50 cm) was higher than pre-test (49.53±5.81cm) and intra-rest 3 minutes (50.50±6.15cm). Third, the 40MS test showed no significantly different levels. Conclusion: The immediate effect of PAP in VJSA and SJ induced by hex-bar FW was improved most significantly. However, there is no difference in the 40-meter sprint performance.
