Abstract:	一、在學術發展上，本計畫對於學界的憲政體制研究，可以提供更豐富的研究成果，並指出全球民主國家在不同解散國會制度下憲政運作的差異。二、在實務上，本計畫的研究成果可以為我國未來進行的憲政改革，針對解散國會制度提供具體的政策建議，指出我國憲政改革的可行方向。
