    Abstract: 全球暖化與更炎熱的氣候環境,是未來環境變遷的趨勢,發展在高溫環境下便捷且應用性高的檢測方式,實際落實運動科學在運動場域之效益為本研究之目的。單次3分鐘衰竭測驗 (3MT) 在常溫環境可有效地評估臨界負荷指標,但這類型短時間、最大強度的運動模式,考量到環境溫度及濕度高低之差異,與外源性和內源性所產生之熱壓力,可能影響在實際場域之應用性和準確性。因此,透過本研究可釐清3MT在不同濕度的高溫環境,核心溫度、強度界定及各項生理指標之變化。讓國際3MT發展趨勢有更全面性的資訊和參考依據。
