Abstract:	本計畫希望建立一套以北海岸在地社區為核心(community-based)的核能除役社會修復模式，從社區利害關係人需求出發進行社會風險評估，提出以在地能源願景和社會資本為主的能源轉型治理模式，透過問題導向(problem-driven)的研究設計解決國家在能源轉型期間難以處理的環境不正義議題，進而落實核能受害區域的能源民主。而對於學術專業領域，則是希望透過與在地社區的密切互動共同創造長期被體制所忽略的在地多元風險知識與能源與人之互動關係，並發展一套可套用於大型能源開發的本土社會風險評估架構，藉此應用於未來國家的能源轉型工作。
