    Abstract: 在過去的研究中,認為檳榔內物質會神經傳導功能而造成行為失序以及認知失調。目前已知失智現象與許多基因調控有關,故在本計畫中利用斑馬魚暴露在檳榔中的生物鹼,在影響其行為的過程中,釐清生物鹼帶來的失智行為,並透過乙醯膽鹼受器調節神經功能的影響、以及其作用機轉。倘若能成功串連基因調控與認知神經發展的交互關係,期望經由本計畫的研究對現今臨床醫學有致病依據進而促進其實用價值。
