    題名: 芬普尼與弗雷拉納於家禽組織殘留量之研究

    摘要: 我國蛋雞產業近年來接續發生雞蛋遭戴奧辛、芬普尼汙染事件或是雞蛋驗出藥殘(如乃卡巴精)事件,另有鴨蛋驗出含有蘇丹紅,令國人對於雞蛋之食安問題極度關切。一旦發生各種雞蛋之食安事件,即造成消費者立即性的恐慌及業者巨大損失,而政府必須在極短時間內處置污染事件並需要有足夠的資訊協助了解這些汙染物在動物產品的殘留時間與殘留量,以協助政府針對動物是否應該撲殺之決策。因此針對這些汙染物進入禽體內後之代謝及其在組織之殘留等資訊便成為必要之基本資料。本計畫設計餵飼蛋雞低、中、高劑量之芬普尼1週,停藥後每日收集雞蛋,每週收集血液、肌肉、脂肪、肝臟等組織,追蹤各組織及雞蛋之芬普尼殘留,期能建立芬普尼於家禽體內各組織殘留量之基本資料以因應事件處理及說明之需。另以飲水投以0, 0.5mg, 5mg, 10mg/kg 弗雷納拉之飲水,後每日收集雞蛋,每週收集血液、肌肉、脂肪、肝臟等組織,追蹤各組織及雞蛋之弗雷納拉殘留,期能建立弗雷納拉於家禽體內各組織殘留量之基本資料。結果顯示,低劑量(1mg)芬普尼在雞蛋中殘留時間為14天,雖然第7天以後已經殘留極微量,但安全起見,建議為14天,高劑量(3mg)或連續3週給予芬普尼(1mg*3),到14天時尚有極微量,第21天後才達未偵測值。血液部分在給予後1週達高峰後即緩慢下降,至第28天才達未偵測值。肝臟、肌肉及脂肪結果均相同,於第14天達未偵測值,而連續3週給予芬普尼則持續維持高峰,延至最後一次給予之14天後(第28天)。弗雷拉納在雞蛋中殘留時間為21天,雖然第14天時已經殘留極微量,但安全起見,建議為21天。血液部分在給予後2-3天達高峰後即緩慢下降,至第21天才達未偵測值。肝臟、肌肉及脂肪結果均相同,於第28天達未偵測值。
    In the past few years, several incidents about the egg food safety has been revealed in Taiwan. Such as Dioxin and Fipronil found in chicken eggs. Other incidents such as nicarbazin found in chicken eggs and sudan red found in duck eggs were also revealed, which makes customer concern a lot. These event of a variety of egg food safety incidents would cause the immediate panic of consumers and the huge losses of the industry. The government must deal with incidents in a very short time and need to have enough information to help understand the residual time of these pollutants in animal products in order to assist the government in making decisions about whether animals should be culled. Therefore, information on the metabolism of these pollutants after entering the poultry and their residues in the tissue becomes essential information. This project shall establish the basic data in the clearance rate and tissue residue of fipronil and fluralaner in poultry in order to meet the needs of event handling and explanation.The results showed that the low dose (1mg) of fipronil remained in eggs for 14 days, although a very small amount remained after the 7th day, but for safety reasons, it is recommended to use14 days. For thehigh dose (3mg) or 1mg*3, there is a very small amount at the 14th day, and it reaches the undetectablelevel after the 21st day. The fipronil in blood decreased slowly after reaching the peak 1 week after administration, and reached the undetectable value on the 28th day. The results of liver, muscle and fat were the same, reaching undetectable value on the 14th day, while the fipronil administration continued to maintain the peak value. For 1*3mg group, it was extended to 14 days after the last administration (day 28).Fluralaner remains in eggs for 21 days. Although a very small amount has remained on the 14th day, it is recommended to use 21 days for the safety concern. Fluralaner inblood slowly decreased after reaching the peak 2-3 days after administration, and reached the undetectable level on the 21st day. The results of liver, muscle and fat were the same, fluralaber level reaching the undetectable value on the 28th day. Results showed that
