| 摘要: | 本研究旨在探討團體領導者應用藝術媒材在團體心理工作中的經驗，並瞭解領導者應用藝術媒材的考量與期待、其運用歷程之個人經驗以及應用藝術媒材在團體心理工作中對團體的影響。本研究以5位諮商心理師為研究對象，進行半結構訪談，並以現象學方法分析訪談資料。所得研究結果如下：
一、領導者應用藝術媒材之考量要素：包含有「領導者的理念」、「領導者設立的團體目標與期待」、「團體動力與團體歷程」、「機構或成員的需求」、「藝術媒材理論」、「心理諮商與治療理論」、「應用藝術媒材的功能」、「領導者的感受、判斷或風格」、「團體架構」、「資源」、「價值觀」、「便利性」等十二項。二、領導者應用藝術媒材之相關經驗包含：「領導者的藝術創作經驗」、「藝術媒材應用相關學習經驗」、「領導者的工作經驗」、「應用藝術媒材的團體活動設計」、「成員使用藝術媒材的現象」、「團體中應用藝術媒材的困難與挑戰」、「團體提供安全氛圍的重要性」、「領導者的調適與反思」、「機構人員對藝術創作的想法」、「團體規則的建立」等十一項。三、團體中應用藝術材的影響包含：「協助成員表達」、「提供成員多元的經驗」、「協助成員發展自我」、「提升成員參與動機」、「促進成員分享與交流」、「提供領導者專業資訊」、「領導者的工作機會增加」、「領導者的專業進修動機增加」等八項。
The purpose of this research is to explore leaders’ experiences of using art media and materials in group psychological work, and to understand leaders' considerations and expectations in using art media and materials, their personal experience in the process of using art media and materials, and the impact on groups of using art media and materials in group psychological work. This study took five counseling psychologists as research objects, conducted semi-structured interviews, and analyzed the interview data with phenomenological method. The study revealed the following results:
1. Consideration factors for leaders to use art media and materials includes twelve items: "leader's philosophy", "group goals and expectations established by leaders", "group dynamics and group process", "organization or member needs", "art media and materials theory", "counseling and psychotherapy theory", "function of using art media and materials", "leader's feeling, judgment or style", "group structure", "resources", "values" and "convenience".
2. The relevant experience of leaders in using art media and materials includes eleven items: "leader's artistic creation experience", " using art media and materials related learning experience", "leader's work experience", " groups activity design of using art media and materials ", "phenomena of members' using of art media and materials", "difficulties and challenges of using of art media and materials ", "the importance of groups providing a safe atmosphere", "leaders' adaptation and reflection", "organizations’ thoughts on art creative" and "building group rules".
3. The impacts of using art media and materials in the group includes eight items: "assisting members to express", "providing members with diverse experiences", "assisting members to develop themselves", "enhancing the motivation of members to participate in the group", "promote members to share and communicate", "providing leaders' professional information", "leader's job opportunities increase", "leader's motivation of advance professionally increase". |
