摘要: | 自2009年國際業餘拳擊協會(AIBA)將女子拳擊正式納入奧運正式項目,隨即成為臺灣重點培訓體育項目,在各界努力不懈下,我國女子拳擊代表隊在國際賽中捷報頻傳;繼林郁婷選手於亞洲女子拳擊錦標賽獲得金牌,成為臺灣首位在亞洲女子拳擊錦標賽跨量級蟬聯冠軍的選手,以及臺灣2020東京奧運最具奪牌呼聲的拳擊選手。
目的:以研究者親自參與「2020年東京奧運亞洲暨大洋洲資格賽」之訓練計畫、準備與實務之助益進行探討分析。方法:研究背景以闡述研究者接觸拳擊之心路成長過程作為開端,結合求學經歷(交換學生)與參賽大型賽事經驗(邀請賽、錦標賽、菁英賽),探討透過結構化運動科學資源監測生理組成、運動防護、營養策略,降低急性減重造成肌肉流失、免疫狀態受損的負面效果,以及建立良好運動生理技巧及心理技能(意象畫面、調整呼吸)維持並集中專注力、日常訓練水準控制並增加自信心。最後以研究者實際參與亞洲暨大洋洲資格賽期間制定訓練計畫、備戰過程與比賽結果心得檢討一連串訓練計畫歷程實踐之成效評估。結果:藉由完善妥適的例行訓練、敵資蒐集、賽前模擬、賽中情緒調適及賽後檢討改善之各階段均有相當重要性,對於完成賽事及自身經驗的累積均有相當的占比,缺一不可。
In 2009, the International Amateur Boxing Association (AIBA) officially included women's boxing as an official sport in the Olympic Games, and it has become a key training sport in Taiwan. Moreover, Lin Yu-Ting became the first Taiwanese female boxer who won the gold medals consistently in different weight divisions in the Asian Women's Boxing Championships and the most prestigious boxer at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. Purpose: To analyze the benefits of the researcher's personal participation in the training program, preparation, and practice for 2020 Asia & Oceania Boxing Olympic Qualification Tournament. Methods: The study background begins with an explanation of the researcher's developmental process of exposure to boxing, combining her schooling experience (exchange student) with her participation in major tournaments, such as invitational tournaments, championships, and elite tournaments. Secondly, to explore the use of structured sport science resources to monitor body composition, nutritional strategies, and sport injury prevention to reduce the negative effects of acute weight loss resulting in muscle loss and compromised immune system, as well as the establishment of good exercise physiological skills and psychological skills (imagery, breath adjustment) to maintain concentration, daily training control and improve self-confidence. In the end of the study, the effectiveness of a series of training programs was evaluated by the researcher's actual participation in the Asia & Oceania Boxing Olympic Qualification Tournament during the development of the training program, preparation process, and competition results. Results: The various stages of the training program, such as proper training routine, data collection, pre-competition simulation, in-competition emotional adjustment, and post-competition review and improvement, are all important to the completion of the competition and the accumulation of experience. |
