With the gradual innovation of technology, cashless transactions will become the main consumption mode in the future. This research intends to explore from the per-spective of microenter-prise operating small businesses. The main framework of this paper is based on the DeLone and McLean(D&M) information system success model to explore that the impact and satisfaction of the system quality, information quality and service quality of the mobile payment system on the store staff. The purpose is to understand whether the changes brought about before and after the import of the mo-bile payment system are affected the business status of the enterprise. In addition, this paper further understands the reasons why merchants have not yet imported mobile payment systems.
The empirical results are that information quality and service quality have signifi-cant affect user satisfaction and net benefit, while system quality has no significant affect with user satisfaction and net benefit. Additionally, two main reasons for the merchants who have not imported the system are that “they have doubts about the sta-bility of the system”, and “the supplier's fee is too high for microenterprises”. In gen-eral, if the overall quality of the system is improved, and enterprises' doubts about system risks are eliminated. And it is believed that the willingness of enterprises to import and use mobile payment systems will increase in the future.
