    摘要: 服務人群是空服人員的首要工作責任,他們接觸來自世界各地的人們,面對無數人不一樣的個性,安撫每一個情緒,在日夜顛倒的工作環境,所造成身理賀爾蒙的失調,頂著飛機隨時所遇到突發狀況的高壓,所造成的職業倦怠,每日久站的影響導致下肢靜脈曲張,有時得注意身體,不被人群接觸所帶來病菌的感染,上述的問題長就造成空服員職業倦怠。需要航空公司調整經營模式,使底下員工能有更好的工作效能,達到企業更好的組織績效。空服員的情緒勞務表現如果超出負荷,進而導致情緒失調及情緒疲勞,不僅關係到乘客對所搭乘航空公司的印象,也會導致工作績效降低或犯錯率提高,甚至可能成為影響飛航安全的風險因素之一。
    本研究設計google表單來收集資料,研究方法採用量化的模板,使用結構化問卷進行調查,以驗證性因素分析(confirmatory factor analysis, CFA)與結構方程式(structural equation modeling, SEM)檢驗建構效度與實證分析各項研究假設。
    在這個快速變化的世代,效率及時間是企業所重視的成本,航空業在這講求速度的年代扮演重要的角色,不管人口流動、貨物傳遞、經濟貿易、旅遊甚至是各國領導者之間的拜訪,都得藉由航空的助力,才能到達世界各地,2020年爆發新型冠狀病毒各國開始重視個人防疫工作,此時的個人健康也是大家所重視,各公司能把員工的健康安全納入考量,規劃空服員休閒運動,能提振第一線空服員的工作意願,航空也是一個國家的門陎,人們接觸陌生國家的第一陣線,代表著一個國家的精神,也代表著一個國家的民族,所以此研究探討空服人員工作敬業、職業倦怠、休閒態度及組織績效間的關係。
    The priority of flight attendant is serving customers. They have to contact with people from the different countries, handle with their personalities, and comfort their emotions. Under specific condition of work circumstance which is day and night upside down, the condition cause hormone disorder of flight attendants. Cabin crews often tolerate the pressure of emergencies happening at any time in the airplane. Those things will make flight attendants job burnout. Furthermore, flight attendants need to stand several hours without rest causes Varicose veins. The flight attendant have to keep health from virus or bacterial that every time they contact with customers. As stated above, those problems are reasons why flight attendants have job burnout.
    The study recommend that aviation company adapt slightly its own corporate policy for better staffs function more effective to meet better organizational performance. If the flight attendants are influenced by job burnout, they will the emotion disorder and affection burnout. Not only does this problem will destroy the good image of the aviation company from customers, but it also cause organizational performance decline and mistakes increasing. It might become one of flight safety risk even.
    This research collect the information through Google Form. And this research method is a model of quantification, using a structured questionnaire form to investigate object. Constructive validity and empirical research are tested by Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation modeling.
    In this generation with rapid change, the enterprise value effectiveness and time. The aviation industry play a very important role in this era. Population flow, goods delivery, economical trade, travel or even leaders visiting need aviation industry to achieve. 2020 covid-19 was spreading around the world. The whole world started to value pandemic prevention, people took pandemic prevention as personal priority. Under this severe moment, the every aviation company should take care of its own staff’s health, arrange flight attendants’ recreational sport plan. First, Those policies can boost flight attendants morale. Second, aviation represent one’s country impression, culture and nationality. This research discuss deeply the relationship among flight attendant’s employee engagement, burnout, leisure attitude and organizational performance.
