During the Covid-19 pandemic, many enterprises have changed their
traditional work model to work from home model, in order to the prevention strategies and maintain normal company operations. Confront with the new normal office trend, the psychological state of employees are concerned, and the situation of emotional labor will affect the degree of the job involvement, and then have different perceptions of workplace well-being.
This study was devoted to investigate the association of emotional labor, job involvement and workplace well-being in the context of covid-19 padmic. The study uses convenience sampling and focuses on office employees of financial companies. Using convenience sampling and it is a totally 223 questionnaires were collected, 192 were effectively received, with an effective recovery rate of 86%.This study using hierarchical regression and Process analyses, and the results show that emotional labor and job involvement are positive related;emotional labor and workplace well-being are positive related;job involvement and workplace well-being are positive related;job involvement has intermediary effect emotional labor and workplace well-being. Finally, based on the result study , limitional and suggestions are for future research.
