台灣為急速老化的國家,照顧人力缺乏日趨嚴重,年輕人照顧壓力增加,如何提升照顧服務員留任與職涯發展,吸引青年投入長照發展並創業為當務之急;因此本研究期待透過居家照顧服務員創業可行性研究,瞭解是否可成為解決社會問題的解方,並期望產業投入為社會企業永續發展。
本研究採個案研究法進行深度訪談,研究目的是探討居家照顧服務員在長照產業創新發展可能性為何?並針對具明確創業動機的居家照顧服務員其未來創業可行性進行研究;研究架構透過居家顧服務員創業動機與人格特質、創業能力、創業機會等相關影響因素評估其未來創業可能困境的因應與相對應解決方式。
研究結果發現居家照顧服務員創業可行性,人格特質為親和型與外向型;創業動機以拉式理論因具有專業知識及感受資源不足,創業者所屬工作與生活地緣性關係密切而引發創業動機;在創業機會因消費族群與市場型態改變長照資源未能滿足所需;創業能力中社會資源關係連結能力顯不足;故如何吸引青年投入長照產業及創業,並期待以創業為起點,點出「社會創新」的脈絡與基礎,更期望產業投入為社會企業永續經營。
Taiwan is a rapidly aging country, the lack of care manpower is becoming more serious, young people care pressure increased, so how to improve the care waiter to stay in office and career development, attract young people to invest in long-term development and entrepreneurship as a matter of urgency.
In-depth interviews were conducted by case study method to explore the possibility of innovation and entrepreneurial development of home care waiters in Changzhao industry. And for the home care waiter with a clear entrepreneurial motivation to study the feasibility of their future entrepreneurship, the research structure through home care waiter entrepreneurial motivation and personality traits, entrepreneurial ability, entrepreneurial opportunities and other relevant factors to assess the response and corresponding solution to their possible entrepreneurship dilemmas.
The results of the study found that home care waiters are feasible to start a business, personality traits are affinity and extroversion, entrepreneurial motivation is due to lack of professional knowledge and feeling resources, entrepreneurs belong to the work and life of the geographical relationship closely related to the entrepreneurial motivation;how to attract young people into the long-term industry and entrepreneurship, and look forward to entrepreneurship as a starting point, point out the context and foundation of social innovation, but also look forward to industrial investment for the sustainable operation of social enterprises.
