JUDO originated in japan and was founded by the Japanese Mr. Kana Jigporo Shihan in 1882. It is a martial arts project classified by weight. Judo's techniques are divided into Tachi waza and Newaza. judo has increased to 7 levels for men and women. For the sake of fairness, each player must strictly abide by the weight classification.
In the past, judo players often used Newaza to win matches, which was regarded as bad. Most players tend to learn and exercise Tachi waza. This is a wrong concept. The scores for Newaza and Tachi waza are the same. Most outstanding judo players have a solid foundation in Newaza, so they can perform Tachi waza moves more confidently. It’s just that the competition starts with Tachi waza, which makes it more likely that outstanding judo players will win in the field of Tachi waza, and no longer need to use Newaza, not because of poor sleeping skills.
From the latest competition rules announced by the International Judo Federation in 2018, there have been relatively large revisions in the scoring of Tachi waza. There are clear rules for the scoring standards for falling down, and there are no major changes in the scores of Newaza. There is no major change in the scores for Newaza. Therefore, the score of Newaza will be more effective than the score of Tachi waza. There is no doubt that the technique of Newaza is conducive to winning, and the technique of Newaza is applicable to all weight class players, which is different from the Tachi waza which is influenced by the intuition of body movement and body shape. Everyone can be an expert in Newaza as long as they practice harder.
The author often won with Newaza during the contest period. In the 2016 East Asian Judo Championships against Hong Kong and Mongolia player, both won the Sankaku-jime and finally won the third place in the men's -66kg class.
The author believes that the Sankaku-jime can be suppressed in series and the joint variability is better than other Newaza techniques. For this reason, the author writes this technical report. This article will be based on Judo-related literature and books, supplemented by practical experience and documentary evidence, and add the author's actual training methods to derive the conclusions. The content includes the basic movements of the Sankaku-jime, the technical changes of the Sankaku-jime, the angle change, the essentials of the Sankaku-jime, and the actual application of the Sankaku-jime. The content includes the application of the Sankaku-jime to connect with the contest and the application of the Sankaku-jime after the opponent's defense, and the opponent uses the Sankaku-jime to counterattack after the operation. Hopefully, I can pass down what I learned and communicate with fellow students and practitioners through this report.
