The human resource management encountered by small and medium-sized enter-prises in Taiwan includes the difficulty of finding excellent talents, the shortage of R&D manpower, the high turnover rate of manpower, etc., especially the lack of talent stability of new recruits, resulting in a great loss of human capital for enterprises. How to effectively improve the adaptation and retention of new recruits has become a new blue ocean that enterprises cannot ignore.
“Observing merits and appreciate kindness (OMAK)” has been promoted by the Fuzhi Cultural and Educational Foundation for more than 20 years. Academic research on gratitude and OMAK is mostly in the field of education, and it is rarely used in the corporate world, or even in the education and training of newcomers. Among them, this research is the first research on the education and training of newcomers in the enter-prise by Guan Gong Nian En.
This study adopts the four steps of Corey action research: planning, action, obser-vation, and reflection. As the main process of action research, it explores the impact and effect of introducing the positive teaching method of Guan Gong and Nian En during the training of new employees.
In practice, this research verifies that the method of OMAK is brought into the en-terprise body, so that enterprise colleagues can understand their own emotions, cogni-tion and behavior when facing the situation; practice positive thinking through specific and actionable methods , be grateful. Starting from the mind, re-understand the meaning of the existence of people and things around you, and re-create a harmonious commu-nication mode and beautiful interpersonal relationship between yourself and the com-pany, which will help newcomers to adapt, and will also form a good working atmos-phere in the company. |
