本研究為探討臺灣高等教育中韓語翻譯課程設計與人才培育。其中筆者透過整理目前臺灣韓國語文學系設立翻譯課程,並與現職教授韓語翻譯課程之教師及在線韓語口筆譯譯者之訪談,針對臺灣目前韓語翻譯人才培育現況與不足之處,進行分析並提出相關意見,也希望能藉此使韓語翻譯人才培育在臺灣能夠引起更多專注與投入,有一個良好的發展環境。
目前臺灣僅有三所學校設有韓國語文學系,分別為國立政治大學韓國語文學系、中國文化大學韓國語文學系、以及國立高雄大學東亞語文學系韓文組。雖然在大學部都設有翻譯以及口譯課程,但譯者養成並非一夕之間就能培育而成。翻譯能力靠的是經年累月的累積與訓練,且非只有外語能力,中文能力更是決定作品能否完美轉譯的關鍵因素。要如何長期培養韓語專業的翻譯人也是我們必須深思的一項議題,倘若能在韓語譯者培育上有更多資源的投入,對於促使兩國的交流合作能夠發揮到較為積極的作用。
因此本論文,以中國文化大學韓國語文學系為主,政治大學與國立高雄大學為輔,透過任職教師與譯者訪談對韓語口筆譯課程的認識,就其開設韓語口筆譯課程之現況,實際了解目前中國文化大學韓語口筆譯課程所面臨之困難與挑戰,並於本文中歸納出未來可以繼續研究之課題,提出韓語翻譯人才養成之相關建議。
最後,期藉由本論文,韓國語文學系之韓語口筆譯課程能更成熟,希望臺灣政府能重視韓語翻譯人才之培育,提供譯者更完善、健全之工作待遇及環境,為人們的生活豐富多彩貢獻力量,也促進提升臺灣民眾對韓國之認知。
This research the Curriculum Design of Chinese-Korean Translation and Talent Cultivation in Taiwan Higher Education. The author analyzes and proposes an analysis of the current situation and deficiencies in the cultivation of Korean translation talents in Taiwan by sorting out the translation courses currently set up by the Department of Korean Language and Literature in Taiwan, and also interviewing teachers who teaching Korean translation courses, Korean translators and interpreters. The opinions also hope that the cultivation of Korean translation talents can attract more attention and investment in Taiwan so that to have a good development environment.
There are only three universities in Taiwan have departments of Korean language and literature now , namely the Department of Korean Language and Literature of National Chengchi University, the Department of Korean Language and Literature of China Culture University, and the Korean Department of East Asian Literature and Literature of National Kaohsiung University. There are translation and interpretation courses in the university department, but the development of translators cannot be cultivated overnight. Translation ability depends on years of accumulation and training, not only foreign language ability, but also Chinese ability is a key point that determines whether a work can be translated perfectly. How to cultivate Korean translators for a long time is also an important issue that we must ponder deeply. If we can invest more resources in the cultivation of Korean translators, it can play a more positive role in promoting exchanges and cooperation between the two countries.
Therefore, this thesis focuses on the Department of Korean Language and Literature of China Culture University, and supplemented by National Chengchi University and National Kaohsiung University. Through the interviews with professors and translators to know more about the current difficulties and challenges faced by the Korean translation and interpretation courses of Chinese Culture University, and summarize the topics that can be continued in the future in this article, and put forward relevant suggestions for the cultivation of Korean translation talents.
Finally, look forward to that the Korean language and literature department's Korean translation and interpretation courses becoming more mature through this thesis. And Taiwan government will pay attention to the cultivation of Korean translation talents, provide translators with more complete and sound working conditions and environment, and enrich people's lives. Contribute to the promotion of Taiwanese people's awareness of South Korea.
