    摘要: 背景:有氧能力 (aerobic capacity) 為軟網選手關鍵體能指標之一,而評估的黃金指標為最大攝氧量 (VO2 max)。研究發現農夫行走 (Farmer Walk, FW) 和高強度間歇訓練 (High-Intensity Interval Training, HIIT) 能有效提升最大攝氧量;然而,結合FW與HIIT對有氧能力之效益則值得更進一步探究。目的:本研究旨在探討四週農夫行走高強度間歇訓練對大專軟式網球選手有氧能力之影響。方法:招募11名大專軟式網球選手為研究對象(年齡:20.9 ± 1.04歲;身高:176.45 ± 6.15公分;體重:71.78 ± 9.55公斤),進行為期四週,每週兩次農夫行走高強度間歇訓練。訓練前後分別接受節奏跑測驗 (Beep test) 與Bruce漸進負荷運動測驗 (Bruce protocol test)。統計方法分別以相依樣本t檢定 (Paired Samples t-test) 分析四週農夫行走高強度間歇訓練之前後測最大攝氧量差異;以單因子相依樣本變異數 (Repeated measured ANOVA) 分析四週農夫行走高強度間歇訓練前後乳酸變化差異;以α = . 05 設為顯著差異水準。結果:四週農夫行走高強度間歇訓練後,節奏跑測驗之最大攝氧量後測 (42.39 ± 4.10 ml/min/kg) 顯著高於前測 (38.08 ± 4.46 ml/min/kg) (p < .000);然而,Bruce漸進負荷運動測驗之最大攝氧量前後測未呈顯著差異 (p = .740) 。此外,第3分鐘乳酸值達到最高峰 (15.22 ± 1.97 mg/dL) 。雖然第二換氣閾值 (Ventilation Threshold 2, VT2) 對應之攝氧量未達顯著 (p = .051),但呈進步趨勢。結論:農夫行走高強度間歇訓練可提升節奏跑測驗型態的有氧能力。
    Background: Aerobic capacity is one of the critical physical fitness indexes for soft tennis players; meanwhile, the golden indicator for detecting aerobic capacity is the maximum oxygen capacity (VO2max). Recent studies showed that Farmer Walk (FW) and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) could increase the maximum oxygen effectively; however, the combination of FW and HIIT affecting the VO2max demands further investigation. Purpose: To explore the effects of high-intensity interval training with farmer walk on the aerobic capacity in the collegiate soft tennis player. Method: Eleven male collegiate soft tennis players (Age: 20.9 ± 1.04 years-old; height: 176.45 ± 6.15 cm; weight: 71.78 ± 9.55 kg) were recruited to participate. The HIIT with FW program was designed as a 2-day cycle. Both beep test and Bruce protocol test were completed at baseline and after four weeks. The statistical approach was a Paired Samples t-test adopted to analyze the VO2max between pre and post. Repeated measured ANOVA was used to compare the difference between the pre and post in lactate values. The significance level was set to α = 0.05. Results: After the HIIT with FW, it revealed that the VO2max was significantly different in beep test (pre: 42.39 ± 4.10 ml/min/kg; post: 38.08 ± 4.46 ml/min/kg) (p < .000). Nevertheless, the Bruce protocol test in VO2max showed no significance (p = .740). Moreover, the lactate concentration reached the peak value (15.22 ± 1.97 mg/dL) at the 3rd minute. Despite the VO2max corresponding to the ventilation threshold 2 (VT2) cannot be improved significantly (p = .051), it still exhibited a minor tendency. Conclusion: High-intensity interval with farmer walk training may enhance the maximum aerobic capacity in the beep test.
